proceed_v in_o a_o spiritual_a manner_n from_o a_o glorious_a spirit_n for_o spiritual_a end_n viz._n the_o glory_n of_o god_n sovereignty_n power_n wisdom_n goodness_n etc._n etc._n all_o the_o creation_n praise_v he_o and_o ascribe_v glory_n and_o honour_n unto_o the_o lamb_n which_o glory_n be_v subordinate_v to_o that_o which_o shine_v forth_o more_o resplendid_o in_o his_o church_n and_o he_o dispose_v all_o thing_n in_o order_n to_o his_o advancement_n therein_o to_o the_o high_a honour_n and_o dignity_n this_o government_n of_o christ_n may_v be_v say_v to_o be_v a_o spiritual_a rule_n and_o government_n §_o 4._o this_o general_a government_n may_v be_v consider_v as_o he_o rule_v intelligible_a or_o non-intelligible_a creature_n these_o he_o rule_v by_o the_o instinct_n of_o nature_n which_o may_v be_v and_o be_v call_v his_o statute_n and_o ordinance_n which_o be_v no_o other_o than_o the_o impression_n of_o the_o will_n of_o he_o that_o make_v they_o as_o in_o a_o watch_n or_o any_o piece_n of_o curious_a mechanism_n the_o mind_n of_o the_o workman_n be_v plain_o read_v in_o all_o the_o part_n thereof_o he_o rule_v intelligible_a natural_a agent_n such_o as_o angel_n and_o man_n by_o high_a law_n what_o the_o law_n of_o angel_n be_v we_o shall_v not_o discuss_v now_o nor_o determine_v but_o that_o they_o be_v govern_v by_o a_o law_n i_o doubt_v not_o but_o may_v be_v prove_v both_o from_o the_o sin_n of_o they_o that_o fall_v and_o otherwise_o for_o where_o there_o be_v no_o law_n there_o be_v no_o transgression_n the_o law_n rule_v man_n as_o rational_a agent_n be_v a_o law_n of_o manner_n rule_v all_o humane_a motion_n that_o be_v cum_fw-la electione_n for_o some_o natural_a motion_n in_o man_n be_v per_fw-la necessitatem_fw-la nature_n by_o instinct_n on_o the_o unintelligible_a agent_n so_o on_o agent_n per_fw-la electionem_fw-la he_o fix_v his_o moral_a law_n by_o natural_a conscience_n which_o be_v a_o kind_n of_o rational_a moral_a instinct_n whereby_o the_o very_a gentile_n that_o have_v not_o the_o write_a law_n be_v in_o a_o great_a measure_n convince_v of_o the_o nature_n of_o it_o and_o their_o duty_n in_o obedience_n thereunto_o rom._n 2.13_o 14._o and_o in_o this_o sense_n he_o enlighten_v every_o man_n that_o come_v into_o the_o world_n joh._n 1._o and_o from_o this_o law_n of_o moral_a light_n close_v with_o natural_a conscience_n arise_v accusation_n or_o excusation_n according_a to_o the_o obedience_n or_o disobedience_n yield_v thereto_o whereby_o christ_n in_o a_o manner_n rule_v in_o all_o man_n at_o least_o lay_v a_o claim_n to_o his_o right_n of_o dominion_n so_o much_o disow_v and_o reject_v by_o the_o prevail_a law_n of_o sin_n and_o this_o may_v be_v ascribe_v to_o christ_n
