obedience_n yet_o since_o the_o belief_n of_o the_o article_n thereof_o do_v by_o consequent_a bring_v man_n to_o christ_n church_n and_o out_o of_o desire_n to_o attain_v that_o communion_n of_o saint_n do_v also_o far_o prompt_v i_o to_o act_n of_o obedience_n to_o that_o church_n to_o who_o i_o make_v this_o profession_n it_o will_v therefore_o follow_v that_o that_o obedience_n which_o i_o can_v give_v to_o the_o catholic_n church_n as_o such_o must_v be_v to_o this_o end_n give_v to_o that_o part_n of_o it_o under_o which_o i_o live_v since_o that_o i_o can_v otherwise_o obey_v the_o as_o he_o that_o will_v always_o be_v live_v at_o the_o height_n of_o his_o fortune_n will_v be_v so_o much_o the_o near_o to_o poverty_n by_o how_o much_o he_o be_v more_o expensive_a and_o in_o the_o sight_n of_o envy_n and_o yet_o have_v no_o more_o true_a inward_a content_n than_o other_o even_o so_o such_o as_o live_v in_o the_o height_n of_o reputation_n must_v be_v subject_a to_o the_o same_o diminution_n and_o hazard_n for_o when_o those_o fault_n which_o real_o all_o man_n must_v more_o or_o less_o have_v or_o those_o which_o mere_a envy_n shall_v discover_v shall_v be_v divulge_v to_o the_o world_n he_o can_v then_o but_o be_v render_v both_o to_o other_o man_n so_o much_o the_o more_o ill_a by_o how_o much_o he_o have_v former_o be_v hold_v more_o good_a and_o to_o himself_o hereby_o so_o much_o more_o miserable_a by_o how_o much_o he_o deem_v himself_o before_o more_o happy_a whereas_o he_o that_o be_v real_o good_a can_v but_o be_v always_o in_o a_o thrive_a and_o prosperous_a condition_n although_o that_o steady_a course_n of_o virtue_n and_o honesty_n which_o he_o walk_v in_o may_v through_o difference_n of_o the_o common_a practice_n of_o the_o world_n as_o make_v god_n and_o his_o neighbour_n good_a his_o aim_n and_o not_o covetousness_n or_o vainglory_n make_v he_o to_o differ_v from_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o world_n in_o his_o deportment_n and_o so_o for_o a_o time_n displease_v for_o a_o time_n i_o say_v for_o as_o man_n can_v never_o whole_o banish_v truth_n so_o this_o man_n innocence_n and_o integrity_n can_v but_o by_o degree_n appear_v at_o which_o time_n the_o very_a height_n of_o former_a calumny_n will_v redound_v to_o his_o increase_n of_o reputation_n and_o all_o man_n be_v ready_a to_o take_v occasion_n for_o extol_v their_o own_o ability_n in_o matter_n of_o extraordinary_a discovery_n they_o will_v from_o hence_o take_v occasion_n the_o more_o to_o set_v forth_o and_o admire_v this_o man_n merit_n or_o innocence_n even_o for_o that_o other_o have_v heretofore_o so_o much_o lean_v to_o the_o contrary_n which_o commendation_n again_o grow_v to_o this_o party_n by_o continual_a increase_n and_o degree_n and_o those_o deserve_v must_v thereby_o render_v he_o also_o in_o point_n of_o reputation_n both_o continual_o prosperous_a and_o likewise_o steady_a therein_o but_o if_o it_o fall_v out_o otherwise_o and_o that_o god_n love_n to_o we_o above_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o world_n shall_v be_v make_v far_o appear_v by_o their_o unjust_a and_o oppressive_a usage_n of_o we_o in_o matter_n of_o our_o estate_n or_o by_o the_o dislike_n and_o rejection_n of_o our_o communion_n by_o such_o as_o be_v riotous_a or_o factious_a as_o we_o have_v hereby_o fresh_a comfort_n in_o ourselves_o in_o respect_n of_o our_o christian_a faith_n and_o assurance_n in_o order_n to_o god_n promise_n make_v that_o way_n so_o may_v we_o also_o reap_v true_a inward_a content_n even_o in_o point_n of_o heroic_a resolution_n and_o prudence_n out_o of_o the_o consideration_n that_o this_o their_o mislike_n of_o our_o cause_n or_o carriage_n arise_v not_o from_o any_o well_o ground_a estimate_n of_o justice_n or_o virtue_n vulgar_a justice_n be_v many_o time_n nothing_o else_o but_o the_o effect_n of_o bribery_n importunity_n friendship_n or_o the_o knot_v together_o of_o some_o party_n for_o the_o prefer_v some_o such_o man_n cause_n as_o have_v insinuate_v himself_o into_o most_o favour_n the_o which_o can_v be_v expect_v from_o he_o that_o have_v his_o confidence_n so_o much_o in_o god_n and_o the_o goodness_n of_o his_o cause_n that_o he_o can_v he_o dare_v not_o distrust_v providence_n so_o far_o as_o not_o to_o resolve_v on_o and_o prefer_v a_o noble_a suffering_n before_o a_o ignoble_a prevention_n and_o so_o again_o in_o point_n of_o civil_a behaviour_n and_o in_o that_o reputation_n which_o be_v to_o be_v expect_v from_o man_n sociable_a deportment_n so_o little_a regard_n be_v usual_o have_v to_o the_o general_a and_o public_a benefit_n of_o society_n that_o the_o commendation_n of_o breed_n comity_n urbanity_n or_o the_o like_a be_v often_o time_n but_o the_o flatter_a compliance_n and_o endearment_n of_o some_o sort_n or_o order_n of_o the_o subject_n one_o towards_o another_o who_o usual_a issue_n be_v in_o a_o faction_n and_o the_o ordinary_a way_n of_o win_v worldly_a friendship_n and_o esteem_n be_v either_o by_o open_a applaud_v each_o other_o ability_n and_o course_n or_o else_o by_o such_o profession_n and_o insinuation_n of_o our_o service_n and_o affection_n towards_o they_o as_o to_o give_v occasion_n upon_o all_o opportunity_n even_o out_o of_o self-regard_n to_o commend_v their_o friend_n and_o their_o ability_n as_o esteem_v themselves_o commend_v in_o these_o that_o so_o much_o own_o and_o approve_v they_o whereas_o he_o that_o be_v true_o conscientious_a of_o god_n service_n and_o his_o neighbour_n so_o far_o as_o to_o place_v they_o above_o popular_a show_n dare_v not_o undertake_v this_o kind_n of_o serve_v himself_o by_o his_o neighbour_n ruin_n but_o will_v watch_v all_o seasonable_a opportunity_n to_o perform_v the_o
