god_n have_v forgive_v and_o do_v forgive_v your_o sin_n for_o christ_n his_o sake_n and_o therefore_o be_v desirous_a to_o be_v receive_v again_o into_o the_o church_n to_o carry_v yourself_o from_o henceforth_o in_o all_o piety_n according_a to_o the_o word_n of_o god_n answer_n yea._n hereupon_o shall_v the_o minister_n say_v further_o we_o in_o the_o name_n of_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n be_v meet_v here_o declare_v you_o n._n to_o be_v loose_v from_o the_o bond_n of_o excommunication_n and_o pronounce_v you_o to_o stand_v again_o in_o the_o fellowship_n of_o the_o church_n the_o holy_a sacrament_n and_o all_o other_o spiritual_a blessing_n and_o benesit_n which_o god_n have_v promise_v and_o make_v good_a to_o his_o church_n in_o which_o the_o eternal_a god_n preserve_v you_o through_o his_o only_a beget_v son_n jesus_n christ_n amen_n rest_v therefore_o assure_v belove_a brother_n that_o the_o lord_n have_v receive_v you_o again_o in_o mercy_n be_v careful_a to_o take_v heed_n of_o the_o subtle_a temptation_n of_o satan_n and_o the_o wickedness_n of_o the_o world_n that_o you_o fall_v not_o again_o into_o sin_n love_v the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n for_o many_o sin_n
