be_v their_o effectual_a call_v that_o be_v in_o the_o text_n whereunto_o he_o have_v call_v you_o by_o our_o gospel_n etc._n etc._n as_o who_o shall_v say_v the_o lord_n have_v give_v you_o a_o pledge_n that_o you_o shall_v never_o fall_v away_o final_o for_o it_o be_v plain_a that_o god_n have_v choose_v you_o and_o he_o have_v give_v a_o pledge_n of_o his_o election_n for_o he_o have_v call_v you_o therefore_o be_v of_o good_a cheer_n well_o then_o in_o the_o word_n of_o the_o text_n you_o may_v consider_v these_o four_o thing_n first_o effectual_a call_v he_o call_v you_o second_o the_o mean_n whereby_o he_o have_v wrought_v this_o in_o you_o namely_o the_o gospel_n three_o the_o term_n whereunto_o he_o call_v they_o note_v in_o this_o word_n hereunto_o which_o if_o you_o look_v into_o the_o former_a verse_n be_v unto_o salvation_n four_o what_o this_o salvation_n be_v it_o be_v a_o most_o admirable_a incomparable_a thing_n no_o tongue_n be_v able_a to_o speak_v it_o oh_o say_v he_o it_o be_v to_o the_o attain_n of_o the_o glory_n of_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n the_o very_a same_o glory_n that_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n be_v advance_v to_o you_o have_v part_n and_o communion_n therein_o now_o three_o of_o these_o point_n i_o lay_v aside_o the_o point_n that_o serve_v our_o turn_n be_v the_o second_o he_o call_v you_o by_o our_o gospel_n home_n that_o the_o thing_n that_o call_v god_n people_n home_o it_o be_v the_o general_n tender_a of_o grace_n indifferent_o to_o any_o man_n without_o exception_n whosoever_o will_v have_v it_o that_o be_v the_o gospel_n when_o christ_n shall_v call_v nicodemus_n after_o he_o have_v convince_v he_o of_o his_o blindness_n and_o curse_a estate_n and_o make_v he_o see_v he_o be_v a_o fool_n in_o all_o the_o thing_n of_o god_n now_o he_o give_v he_o a_o call_v and_o how_o do_v he_o call_v he_o it_o be_v even_o this_o general_a tender_a john_n 3.14_o 15._o as_o moses_n lift_v up_o the_o serpent_n in_o the_o wilderness_n so_o must_v the_o son_n of_o man_n be_v lift_v up_o that_o whosoever_o believe_v in_o he_o shall_v not_o perish_v but_o have_v eternal_a life_n as_o who_o shall_v say_v i_o whosoever_o have_v a_o mind_n to_o be_v save_v to_o know_v god_n and_o have_v communion_n with_o he_o and_o be_v unite_v to_o he_o whosoever_o have_v a_o mind_n to_o these_o thing_n tell_v he_o i_o be_o for_o he_o he_o proclaim_v it_o over_o the_o whole_a world_n tell_v every_o creature_n in_o the_o whole_a world_n he_o that_o believe_v and_o be_v baptize_v shall_v be_v save_v here_o be_v no_o righteousness_n for_o nothing_o come_v and_o buy_v without_o money_n though_o you_o can_v give_v a_o farthing_n token_n for_o it_o but_o be_v poor_a and_o miserable_a and_o curse_a creature_n come_v here_o it_o be_v wine_n and_o milk_n and_o bread_n and_o all_o without_o money_n you_o shall_v have_v it_o for_o take_v and_o carry_v away_o so_o rev._n 22.7_o whosoever_o will_v let_v he_o take_v of_o the_o water_n of_o life_n free_o it_o be_v a_o quicunquae_fw-la vult_fw-la there_o be_v none_o exempt_v if_o any_o man_n will_v he_o may_v be_v save_v if_o he_o have_v a_o will_n a_o mind_n a_o heart_n to_o it_o he_o may_v have_v salvation_n now_o here_o be_v three_o thing_n i_o will_v show_v unto_o you_o first_o what_o this_o general_a tender_a be_v whereby_o god_n effectual_o call_v his_o people_n second_o why_o it_o be_v by_o a_o general_a tender_a three_o the_o use_n first_o christ_n what_o be_v this_o general_a tender_a of_o christ_n and_o grace_n to_o every_o creature_n that_o have_v a_o mind_n to_o it_o and_o it_o be_v this_o that_o christ_n be_v the_o only_a alsufficient_a mean_n to_o make_v a_o man_n happy_a that_o whereas_o he_o be_v out_o with_o his_o maker_n he_o alone_o can_v set_v he_o in_o again_o though_o he_o be_v under_o a_o thousand_o misery_n in_o this_o life_n and_o under_o a_o thousand_o eternal_a misery_n in_o the_o life_n to_o come_v there_o be_v in_o christ_n a_o alsufficiency_n to_o make_v a_o man_n happy_a god_n be_v the_o fountain_n of_o all_o goodness_n and_o till_o his_o goodness_n be_v open_v in_o chrst_n jesus_n this_o be_v that_o same_o general_a thing_n as_o paul_n say_v 1_o cor_fw-la 1.23_o 24._o we_o preach_v christ_n crucify_v unto_o those_o that_o be_v call_v the_o power_n and_o wisdom_n of_o god_n as_o who_o shall_v say_v this_o be_v the_o thing_n we_o go_v up_o and_o down_o every_o where_o preach_v that_o christ_n be_v crucify_v for_o the_o sin_n of_o the_o world_n and_o have_v power_n to_o save_v any_o man_n
