keeper_n and_o defender_n he_o ask_v of_o his_o father_n for_o we_o all_o thing_n as_o well_o honour_n wealth_n and_o riches_n as_o health_n life_n and_o salvation_n there_o be_v nothing_o that_o he_o take_v into_o his_o hand_n for_o we_o but_o it_o take_v effect_n in_o we_o there_o be_v nothing_o in_o the_o hand_n of_o our_o persecutor_n that_o have_v any_o effect_n at_o all_o or_o security_n why_o do_v the_o foolish_a phoppe_n infect_v with_o filthy_a incredulity_n and_o misbelief_n lose_v their_o life_n everlasting_o but_o only_o because_o they_o trust_v not_o in_o god_n &_o rather_o will_v save_v their_o life_n to_o serve_v the_o world_n then_o light_o to_o loose_v they_o and_o to_o glorify_v god_n and_o yet_o therein_o they_o lose_v for_o ever_o both_o life_n and_o love_n of_o he_o by_o the_o righteousness_n of_o faith_n say_v saint_n paul_n we_o be_v constitute_v and_o choose_v heir_n of_o the_o world_n 20.22_o even_o like_a unto_o our_o father_n abraham_n then_o be_v also_o do_v suffer_v with_o we_o as_o the_o head_n with_o the_o member_n shall_v he_o be_v so_o weak_a in_o we_o that_o he_o can_v not_o abide_v the_o fire_n or_o be_v strong_a as_o he_o be_v will_v not_o he_o help_v we_o in_o the_o midst_n thereof_o 4.5_o be_v principal_a in_o persecution_n and_o suffer_v the_o same_o with_o us._n be_v it_o possible_a that_o god_n will_v forsake_v and_o leave_v we_o or_o that_o we_o shall_v fear_v or_o doubt_v the_o same_o when_o that_o for_o profess_v of_o his_o name_n we_o be_v by_o our_o enemy_n throw_v into_o the_o midst_n of_o the_o fire_n or_o that_o that_o he_o be_v both_o god_n and_o father_n to_o all_o his_o and_o will_v keep_v and_o defend_v we_o from_o all_o evil_a in_o all_o time_n of_o torment_n and_o tribulation_n 18._o if_o the_o gate_n of_o hell_n may_v not_o prevail_v against_o we_o how_o can_v the_o fire_n which_o be_v visible_a and_o corporal_a prevail_v against_o we_o if_o eternal_a and_o everlasting_a death_n have_v no_o part_n in_o we_o how_o can_v any_o thing_n that_o be_v temporal_a and_o momentary_a harm_n we_o will_v god_n deliver_v we_o from_o the_o great_a evil_n and_o suffer_v we_o to_o perish_v in_o the_o little_a xxxij_o chapter_n the_o fire_n and_o all_o thing_n terestriall_a be_v creature_n of_o god_n and_o serve_v for_o the_o health_n and_o wealth_n of_o his_o choose_a and_o also_o for_o the_o destruction_n
