polity_n and_o clear_v to_o be_v abolish_v in_o the_o new_a testament_n by_o which_o limitation_n of_o the_o magistrate_n power_n to_o thing_n command_v or_o forbid_v in_o the_o word_n we_o exclude_v any_o power_n of_o the_o magistrate_n either_o in_o command_v any_o new_a thing_n whether_o in_o doctrine_n or_o discipline_n or_o any_o thing_n in_o matter_n of_o religion_n which_o be_v beside_o or_o against_o the_o word_n or_o in_o forbid_v any_o thing_n which_o be_v according_a to_o the_o word_n 1_o hence_o he_o be_v not_o to_o mould_v up_o and_o impose_v what_o erastian_n form_n of_o church_n polity_n he_o please_v because_o if_o there_o be_v but_o one_o form_n command_v now_o of_o god_n he_o can_v therefore_o command_v what_o form_n he_o will_n 2_o hence_o he_o be_v not_o to_o punishment_n when_o the_o offence_n be_v of_o a_o high_a nature_n or_o contrariwise_o when_o he_o inflict_v that_o which_o be_v equivalent_a to_o a_o capital_a punishment_n when_o the_o offence_n be_v of_o a_o inferior_a nature_n he_o do_v not_o punish_v suitable_o there_o be_v sundry_a rule_n in_o the_o word_n in_o matter_n of_o this_o sort_n as_o touch_v the_o punishment_n of_o blasphemy_n
