time_n want_v in_o the_o heart_n of_o god_n people_n but_o true_o if_o this_o be_v our_o constant_a frame_n and_o we_o do_v not_o recover_v ourselves_o then_o be_v not_o our_o sanctification_n that_o shall_v not_o be_v seek_v after_o and_o better_o a_o hundred_o hypocrite_n perish_v than_o that_o one_o poor_a christian_n shall_v want_v his_o portion_n and_o yet_o it_o be_v not_o meet_v that_o hypocrite_n shall_v wallow_v themselves_o in_o the_o fellowship_n of_o the_o saint_n and_o always_o bless_v themselves_o in_o their_o carnal_a condition_n if_o you_o shall_v ask_v a_o difference_n in_o the_o root_n both_o of_o they_o be_v partaker_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n hypocrite_n may_v have_v a_o taste_n and_o a_o poor_a christian_a will_v fear_v that_o his_o best_a fellowship_n with_o christ_n be_v but_o a_o taste_n and_o that_o manifold_a experience_n make_v good_a wherein_o then_o lie_v the_o difference_n do_v the_o spirit_n of_o god_n leave_v the_o heart_n of_o a_o hypocrite_n stony_a and_o unmelted_a it_o be_v so_o indeed_o with_o the_o stony_a but_o not_o with_o the_o thorny_a soil_n for_o the_o heart_n of_o some_o hypocrite_n be_v melt_v as_o iron_n stone_n they_o may_v come_v to_o melt_v about_o their_o own_o estate_n through_o fear_n and_o sorrow_n and_o so_o all_o those_o melt_v that_o want_n not_o depth_n of_o earth_n as_o the_o thorny_a soil_n do_v not_o but_o mind_n you_o they_o will_v grow_v hard_o again_o as_o iron_n or_o lead_v will_v do_v after_o it_o have_v be_v melt_v now_o look_v at_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n when_o he_o come_v to_o work_v though_o both_o may_v work_v in_o the_o name_n of_o christ_n yet_o as_o the_o one_o be_v temporary_a and_o the_o other_o persever_v so_o this_o difference_n you_o shall_v find_v between_o common_a faith_n of_o the_o gospel_n of_o jesus_n christ_n be_v never_o precedent_n of_o his_o own_o strength_n but_o go_v out_o of_o himself_o and_o be_v dependent_a on_o jesus_n christ_n whereas_o the_o legal_a christian_a be_v confident_a in_o his_o faith_n that_o he_o can_v make_v use_n of_o it_o to_o these_o and_o these_o end_n which_o be_v before_o he_o he_o think_v there_o be_v no_o more_o needful_a but_o to_o look_v up_o unto_o christ_n and_o so_o his_o work_n be_v do_v whereas_o take_v you_o the_o strong_a faith_n of_o the_o thessalonian_o who_o be_v grow_v to_o such_o height_n that_o none_o of_o the_o church_n be_v before_o they_o yet_o the_o apostle_n do_v not_o think_v their_o faith_n strong_a enough_o but_o pray_v for_o the_o supply_n of_o something_o that_o be_v lack_v in_o their_o faith_n otherwise_o when_o it_o be_v at_o the_o best_a it_o will_v warp_v whereas_o one_o that_o have_v but_o a_o temporary_a faith_n he_o be_v confident_a in_o the_o strength_n of_o that_o faith_n insomuch_o that_o he_o do_v not_o fear_v but_o to_o carry_v a_o end_n his_o profession_n in_o a_o safe_a course_n to_o god_n glory_n and_o his_o own_o thus_o we_o see_v there_o be_v a_o real_a difference_n between_o the_o presence_n and_o work_n of_o the_o spirit_n in_o a_o hypocrite_n and_o in_o a_o child_n of_o god_n in_o particular_a we_o see_v there_o be_v a_o difference_n in_o the_o faith_n which_o be_v give_v unto_o both_o of_o they_o the_o one_o have_v confidence_n in_o himself_o the_o other_o in_o jehovah_n isa_n 26.12_o 13._o this_o be_v the_o first_o difference_n in_o the_o help_v and_o strength_n from_o he_o 3._o there_o be_v difference_n between_o hypocrite_n and_o god_n people_n in_o the_o scope_n and_o end_n which_o they_o aim_v at_o though_o both_o aim_n at_o the_o any_o man_n thirst_n let_v he_o come_v unto_o i_o and_o drink_n so_o that_o if_o a_o man_n thirst_n how_o shall_v he_o satisfy_v himself_o in_o his_o thirst_v this_o be_v the_o main_a question_n in_o many_o a_o soul_n may_v i_o not_o draw_v consolation_n out_o of_o this_o that_o i_o do_v thirst_n after_o the_o lord_n jesus_n you_o shall_v find_v that_o the_o lord_n do_v not_o bid_v i_o go_v in_o the_o saint_n etc._n etc._n mind_n what_o divine_a revelation_n here_o be_v see_v how_o glorious_o god_n be_v set_v forth_o that_o give_v it_o and_o also_o the_o gift_n that_o be_v give_v and_o these_o thing_n the_o apostle_n pray_v not_o only_o for_o glorious_a and_o transcendent_a christian_n man_n of_o renown_n but_o for_o all_o the_o ephesian_n for_o all_o ordinary_a christian_n among_o they_o he_o will_v have_v none_o of_o they_o destitute_a of_o a_o spirit_n of_o wisdom_n and_o revelation_n and_o what_o shall_v this_o spirit_n do_v it_o shall_v enlighten_v the_o organ_n even_o the_o eye_n of_o their_o understanding_n otherwise_o it_o be_v beyond_o the_o power_n of_o create_a gift_n to_o reach_v the_o clear_a discern_v of_o the_o mystery_n of_o the_o kingdom_n of_o god_n as_o they_o be_v dispense_v in_o the_o gospel_n of_o christ_n and_o as_o in_o all_o sight_n there_o be_v the_o organ_n and_o the_o medium_fw-la and_o the_o object_n the_o eye_n be_v the_o organ_n the_o air_n be_v the_o medium_n the_o thing_n see_v be_v the_o object_n so_o do_v the_o apostle_n here_o pray_v that_o the_o eye_n of_o their_o understanding_n may_v be_v enlighten_v far_o above_o they_o be_v beget_v unto_o they_o even_o to_o a_o inheritance_n incorruptable_a and_o undefiled_a that_o by_o virtue_n of_o our_o call_n we_o may_v have_v fellowship_n with_o god_n the_o father_n and_o with_o his_o son_n jesus_n christ_n 1_o joh._n 1.2_o 3._o some_o degree_n of_o fellowship_n we_o have_v already_o but_o the_o hope_n of_o that_o which_o be_v to_o come_v be_v beyond_o all_o our_o comprehension_n and_o beyond_o what_o any_o create_a understanding_n can_v search_v into_o the_o depth_n of_o and_o yet_o we_o may_v see_v much_o in_o the_o hope_n of_o preservation_n and_o quicken_a to_o that_o which_o be_v good_a in_o the_o hope_n of_o god_n turn_v all_o thing_n to_o the_o best_a for_o we_o we_o may_v see_v much_o of_o the_o rich_a and_o plenteous_a redemption_n which_o god_n have_v wrought_v for_o we_o and_o what_o goodness_n of_o god_n be_v reserve_v to_o every_o poor_a servant_n of_o he_o and_o what_o be_v the_o riches_n of_o his_o glorious_a inheritance_n in_o his_o saint_n and_o what_o be_v the_o exceed_a greatness_n of_o his_o power_n to_o usward_o who_o believe_v even_o that_o mighty_a power_n which_o he_o do_v put_v forth_o to_o bring_v we_o to_o
