as_o to_o conscience_n conscience_n essential_o respect_v the_o future_a state_n and_o life_n to_o come-concernments_a viz._n as_o require_v obedience_n with_o a_o promise_n of_o future_a happiness_n and_o under_o the_o peril_n of_o future_a or_o eternal_a death_n and_o also_o as_o remit_v and_o pardon_v sin_n as_o to_o future_a misery_n now_o in_o this_o high_a important_a sense_n this_o same_o law_n i_o mean_v material_o and_o in_o word_n the_o same_o must_v be_v consider_v both_o as_o a_o strict_a law_n and_o a_o gracious_a law_n or_o gospel_n what_o be_v a_o law_n but_o a_o signification_n of_o the_o rector_n will_n any_o way_n whatsoever_o oblige_v the_o subject_n to_o obedience_n by_o promise_a reward_n to_o the_o obedient_a and_o threaten_a punishment_n to_o the_o disobedient_a now_o in_o this_o very_a law_n in_o this_o high_a sense_n there_o be_v signification_n of_o his_o will_n both_o of_o a_o original_a strict_a law_n constitute_v eternal_a or_o future_a exact_v of_o obedience_n all_o their_o life_n to_o all_o that_o he_o command_v under_o the_o peril_n of_o future_a death_n or_o wrath_n to_o come_v else_o as_o i_o have_v make_v apparent_a before_o there_o can_v be_v no_o pardon_n as_o to_o wrath_n to_o come_v or_o satisfaction_n by_o christ_n for_o wrath_n to_o come_v due_a by_o this_o law_n as_o to_o such_o sin_n and_o in_o this_o strict_a sense_n the_o apostle_n paul_n use_v the_o word_n law_n in_o the_o most_o of_o those_o place_n in_o dispute_n which_o the_o author_n chief_o insist_o on_o to_o reconcile_v they_o to_o st._n james_n viz._n the_o 3d._n and_o four_o chapter_n to_o the_o roman_n and_o gal._n 3._o v._n 10_o 11_o 12_o 13._o and_o in_o this_o sense_n the_o law_n be_v no_o type_n or_o shadow_n nor_o to_o vanish_v away_o but_o stand_v in_o force_n unto_o this_o day_n second_o also_o it_o do_v reveal_v that_o though_o they_o shall_v sometime_o during_o their_o life_n which_o be_v enough_o for_o condemnation_n by_o this_o law_n in_o the_o first_o sense_n fail_v in_o obedience_n to_o it_o yet_o their_o condition_n shall_v not_o be_v hopeless_a the_o punishment_n make_v due_a to_o they_o by_o this_o law_n shall_v
