this_o his_o doctrine_n to_o the_o subvertion_n of_o the_o la_o he_o wise_o prevent_v it_o by_o a_o god_n forbid_v as_o if_o he_o have_v say_v do_v you_o think_v that_o because_o i_o deny_v justification_n by_o the_o law_n and_o affirm_v it_o to_o be_v by_o faith_n that_o i_o intend_v thereby_o to_o abolish_v the_o law_n utter_o no_o god_n forbid_v for_o i_o establish_v the_o law_n the_o law_n must_v stand_v still_o in_o force_n etc._n etc._n that_o be_v for_o observation_n though_o not_o for_o justification_n for_o paul_n must_v be_v understand_v so_o to_o abolish_v the_o la_o in_o some_o sense_n as_o for_o all_o that_o he_o ratifi_v the_o la_o in_o another_o sense_n hereby_o we_o see_v then_o that_o the_o doctrine_n of_o faith_n and_o justification_n by_o faith_n do_v not_o abolish_v the_o law_n yea_o so_o much_o the_o apostle_n say_v express_o do_v we_o then_o say_v he_o make_v the_o law_n of_o none_o effect_v through_o faith_n whence_o i_o thus_o argue_v that_o if_o faith_n do_v not_o make_v void_a the_o law_n what_o shall_v make_v it_o void_a for_o our_o antinomian_o say_v that_o it_o be_v faith_n and_o be_v in_o christ_n that_o free_v we_o from_o the_o law_n the_o law_n say_v they_o be_v a_o schoolmaster_n to_o bring_v we_o unto_o christ_n and_o be_v in_o christ_n once_o which_o be_v by_o faith_n than_o we_o be_v no_o long_o under_o this_o schoolmaster_n affirmative_a and_o negative_a and_o of_o all_o god_n law_n in_o the_o old_a testament_n which_o be_v either_o moral_a or_o ceremonial_a nove_n can_v think_v s._n paul_n send_v timothy_n unto_o the_o ceremonial_a la_o it_o must_v therefore_o be_v the_o moral_a la_o which_o paul_n do_v here_o commend_v unto_o timothy_n in_o the_o last_o place_n that_o this_o la_o belong_v unto_o believer_n be_v 1.16_o 1._o pet._n 3.5.6_o 10._o an_o other_o absurdety_n let_v i_o add_v to_o show_v the_o vanity_n of_o their_o distinction_n hold_v the_o law_n to_o belong_v unto_o and_o to_o bind_v such_o as_o be_v yet_o unregenerate_v and_o want_v faith_n but_o not_o to_o belong_v unto_o nor_o to_o bind_v such_o as_o be_v regenerate_v and_o have_v faith_n this_o distinction_n be_v very_o absurd_a for_o it_o produce_v great_a confusion_n and_o disorder_n in_o the_o church_n and_o no_o less_o inconvenience_n in_o the_o family_n for_o if_o it_o be_v so_o that_o believer_n be_v not_o bind_v to_o the_o observance_n of_o the_o law_n then_o when_o the_o sabbath_n day_n come_v these_o man_n be_v not_o bind_v to_o sanctify_v it_o it_o be_v a_o part_n of_o that_o law_n from_o which_o they_o be_v free_v but_o other_o that_o do_v not_o yet_o believe_v they_o be_v bind_v to_o keep_v the_o sabbath_n day_n it_o be_v enjoin_v in_o that_o la_o unto_o which_o they_o be_v still_o bind_v suppose_v we_o then_o
