they_o namely_o these_o two_o thing_n first_o that_o the_o gospel_n have_v take_v away_o the_o obligation_n of_o the_o law_n of_o moses_n in_o christ_n jesus_n neither_o circumcision_n avail_v any_o thing_n nor_o uncircumcision_n second_o that_o according_a to_o the_o term_n of_o the_o christian_a religion_n nothing_o will_v avail_v to_o our_o justification_n and_o acceptance_n with_o god_n but_o the_o real_a renovation_n of_o our_o heart_n and_o life_n neither_o circumcision_n nor_o uncircision_n but_o a_o new_a creature_n 1._o that_o the_o gospel_n have_v take_v away_o the_o obligation_n of_o the_o law_n of_o moses_n in_o christ_n jesus_n that_o be_v now_o under_o the_o dispensation_n of_o the_o gospel_n neither_o circumcision_n avail_v any_o thing_n nor_o uncircumcision_n there_o be_v never_o any_o general_a obligation_n upon_o mankind_n to_o this_o rite_n of_o circumcision_n but_o only_o upon_o the_o seed_n of_o abraham_n but_o yet_o upon_o the_o preach_n of_o the_o gospel_n many_o of_o the_o jewish_a christian_n will_v have_v bring_v the_o gentile_n under_o this_o yoke_n pretend_v that_o christianity_n be_v but_o a_o superstructure_n upon_o the_o law_n of_o moses_n which_o together_o with_o the_o gospel_n be_v to_o be_v the_o religion_n of_o the_o whole_a world_n and_o there_o be_v some_o colour_n for_o this_o because_o our_o saviour_n himself_o submit_v to_o this_o rite_n and_o be_v circumcise_a which_o the_o apostle_n take_v notice_n of_o in_o the_o 4_o the_o chap._n of_o this_o epist_n ver_fw-la 4._o when_o the_o fullness_n of_o time_n be_v come_v god_n send_v forth_o his_o son_n make_v of_o a_o woman_n make_v under_o the_o law_n that_o be_v circumcise_a and_o it_o be_v true_a indeed_o that_o our_o bless_a saviour_n be_v circumcise_a but_o not_o to_o signify_v to_o we_o the_o perpetuity_n of_o circumcision_n and_o the_o continuance_n of_o it_o under_o the_o christian_a religion_n but_o for_o a_o quite_o different_a end_n as_o a_o testimony_n of_o his_o obedience_n to_o that_o law_n which_o though_o afterward_o it_o be_v to_o expire_v yet_o be_v to_o be_v obey_v whilst_o it_o be_v in_o force_n by_o all_o that_o be_v bear_v under_o it_o he_o be_v make_v under_o the_o law_n and_o it_o become_v he_o who_o come_v to_o teach_v mankind_n obedience_n to_o the_o law_n of_o god_n to_o fulfil_v all_o righteousness_n himself_o and_o therefore_o the_o apostle_n in_o this_o epistle_n where_o he_o take_v notice_n of_o this_o that_o christ_n be_v make_v under_o the_o law_n give_v this_o reason_n of_o it_o that_o he_o may_v be_v the_o ●itter_a to_o free_v those_o who_o be_v under_o it_o from_o the_o servitude_n of_o it_o he_o be_v make_v under_o the_o law_n that_o
