contain_v in_o the_o lord_n prayer_n but_o beside_o these_o general_a petition_n which_o daily_o be_v in_o the_o first_o place_n to_o be_v make_v every_o one_o ought_v to_o ask_v certain_a special_a thing_n most_o necessary_a unto_o he_o which_o either_o he_o must_v retain_v in_o his_o memory_n or_o else_o keep_v a_o catalogue_n of_o they_o with_o he_o which_o he_o may_v at_o pleasure_n in_o his_o mental_a prayer_n use_v first_o therefore_o he_o must_v ask_v of_o god_n grace_n well_o to_o perform_v the_o office_n and_o duty_n of_o that_o place_n wherein_o god_n have_v put_v he_o second_o to_o spend_v the_o time_n profitable_o three_o to_o extirpate_v and_o subdue_v vice_n and_o all_o imperfection_n four_o to_o gain_v that_o virtue_n and_o those_o help_n to_o godliness_n which_o he_o stand_v most_o need_n of_o but_o chief_o charity_n humility_n the_o gift_n of_o prayer_n and_o increase_v of_o faith_n pray_v with_o the_o apostle_n lord_n teach_v we_o to_o pray_v 17._o luk._n 11._o much_o help_v his_o conceit_n and_o memory_n to_o distinguish_v they_o thus_o desire_v first_o remission_n of_o all_o the_o evil_n he_o have_v commit_v second_o of_o all_o the_o good_a he_o have_v omit_v three_o of_o all_o the_o time_n he_o have_v wicked_o spend_v or_o to_o desire_v the_o pardon_n of_o all_o his_o evil_a thought_n word_n and_o work_n and_o of_o the_o omission_n of_o his_o good_a thought_n word_n and_o work_n but_o especial_o a_o man_n may_v cast_v the_o eye_n of_o his_o mind_n upon_o these_o four_o first_o the_o commandment_n of_o god_n and_o his_o lawful_a governor_n second_o to_o the_o seven_o mortal_a sin_n three_o to_o the_o three_o power_n of_o the_o soul_n the_o understanding_n will_n and_o memory_n four_o to_o the_o five_o sense_n of_o the_o body_n for_o
