they_o all_o confess_v that_o man_n duty_n have_v god_n promise_n of_o reward_n and_o that_o holiness_n in_o its_o nature_n be_v suitable_a to_o the_o end_n or_o reward_n as_o dispose_v we_o to_o enjoy_v it_o and_o be_v please_v unto_o god_n and_o glorifi_v he_o and_o this_o be_v all_o the_o same_o thing_n in_o other_o word_n which_o the_o ancient_a christian_n mean_v by_o merit_n and_o to_o hear_v many_o godly_a person_n at_o the_o same_o time_n most_o earnest_o extol_v holiness_n and_o desire_v that_o preacher_n shall_v convince_v the_o people_n that_o the_o righteous_a be_v more_o excellent_a than_o his_o neighbour_n and_o yet_o deny_v all_o merit_n and_o revile_v all_o that_o assert_v it_o this_o do_v but_o show_v that_o they_o understand_v not_o the_o word_n and_o think_v other_o also_o misunderstand_v it_o and_o so_o we_o be_v reproach_v one_o another_o where_o we_o be_v agree_v and_o know_v it_o not_o like_o the_o woman_n that_o turn_v away_o her_o servant_n upon_o the_o controversy_n whether_o the_o house_n shall_v be_v sweep_v with_o a_o broâ—m_n or_o with_o a_o besom_n or_o the_o physician_n that_o let_v the_o patient_n die_v because_o they_o can_v not_o
