to_o remove_v all_o ground_n of_o diffidence_n and_o despair_n so_o shall_v it_o on_o the_o other_o hand_n be_v endeavour_v to_o remove_v that_o ground_n of_o presumption_n and_o self-security_n folio_n 16._o we_o can_v say_v he_o difference_n predestination_n no_o otherwise_o from_o providence_n and_o prescience_n than_o in_o this_o that_o prescience_n only_o foresee_v providence_n foresee_v and_o care_v for_o and_o have_v respect_n to_o all_o creature_n even_o from_o the_o bright_a angel_n of_o heaven_n to_o the_o unworthy_a worm_n of_o the_o earth_n and_o predestination_n be_v only_o of_o man_n and_o yet_o not_o of_o all_o to_o man_n belong_v but_o of_o their_o salvation_n proper_o or_o perdition_n etc._n etc._n so_o herein_o these_o differ_v the_o first_o hold_v it_o of_o every_o particular_a matter_n person_n or_o action_n etc._n etc._n the_o latter_a of_o man_n only_o and_o yet_o not_o of_o all_o to_o man_n belong_v etc._n etc._n and_o yet_o in_o one_o thing_n they_o both_o agree_v which_o be_v nevertheless_o a_o great_a error_n that_o predestination_n have_v respect_n unto_o the_o damnation_n and_o perdition_n of_o man_n which_o be_v not_o where_o find_v in_o the_o whole_a scripture_n but_o wherever_o we_o read_v of_o any_o be_v predestinate_v it_o be_v unto_o the_o adoption_n of_o son_n unto_o salvation_n unto_o eternal_a life_n and_o unto_o glory_n etc._n etc._n but_o never_o unto_o destruction_n and_o misery_n so_o predestination_n be_v not_o unto_o perdition_n and_o as_o it_o respect_v the_o salvation_n of_o man_n it_o be_v not_o to_o be_v understand_v simple_o or_o absolute_o and_o positive_o but_o be_v to_o be_v understand_v secundum_fw-la quid_fw-la according_a to_o the_o covenant_n betwixt_o god_n and_o man_n in_o a_o conditional_a sense_n for_o if_o otherwise_o all_o will_v be_v save_v because_o all_o be_v make_v to_o a_o end_n of_o salvation_n which_o signify_v their_o fore-appointment_n unto_o glory_n or_o in_o other_o term_n their_o predestination_n for_o to_o be_v predestinate_v or_o make_v or_o ordain_v or_o fore-appointed_n unto_o glory_n all_o import_n one_o and_o the_o same_o thing_n again_o if_o predestination_n be_v
