the_o jew_n and_o the_o commandment_n be_v this_o thou_o shall_v have_v no_o other_o god_n but_o i_o so_o it_o be_v for_o the_o four_o commandment_n again_o there_o be_v something_o in_o the_o five_o commandment_n that_o do_v not_o concern_v we_o but_o only_o they_o honour_v thy_o father_n and_o thy_o mother_n etc._n etc._n that_o thy_o day_n may_v be_v long_o in_o the_o land_n which_o the_o thy_o god_n give_v thou_o that_o belong_v only_o to_o the_o jew_n it_o be_v mean_v particular_o of_o the_o land_n of_o canaan_n this_o then_o be_v the_o effect_n of_o the_o commandment_n honour_v thy_o father_n and_o thy_o mother_n that_o thy_o day_n may_v be_v long_o in_o the_o land_n of_o canaan_n so_o that_o the_o first_o word_n be_v the_o commandment_n and_o the_o late_a part_n belong_v only_o to_o the_o jew_n so_o deut._n 5.14_o the_o four_o commandment_n it_o be_v put_v into_o the_o table_n of_o stone_n thus_o remember_v the_o seven_o day_n to_o keep_v it_o holy_a for_o the_o seven_o all_o thing_n that_o may_v hinder_v we_o and_o be_v fit_v with_o all_o thing_n that_o may_v help_v forward_o the_o duty_n that_o time_n place_n and_o all_o advantage_n may_v meet_v together_o for_o the_o better_a do_v of_o it_o then_o second_o we_o must_v watch_v in_o the_o duty_n as_o well_o as_o before_o the_o duty_n duty_n as_o the_o apostle_n speak_v concern_v prayer_n so_o i_o may_v say_v concern_v all_o other_o duty_n continue_v in_o prayer_n and_o watch_v therein_o with_o thanksgiving_n col._n 4.2_o as_o we_o be_v to_o watch_v before_o that_o we_o may_v have_v preparation_n so_o we_o must_v watch_v in_o the_o duty_n that_o we_o may_v right_o discharge_v it_o for_o though_o a_o man_n have_v be_v watchful_a before_o the_o duty_n and_o have_v be_v prepare_v in_o some_o measure_n heart_n may_v be_v wake_v in_o it_o and_o our_o mind_n attentive_a upon_o it_o that_o our_o heart_n may_v be_v fix_v upon_o that_o we_o be_v about_o my_o heart_n be_v fix_v my_o heart_n be_v fix_v say_v the_o prophet_n david_n he_o be_v a_o joyful_a man_n he_o repeat_v it_o again_o and_o again_o as_o if_o a_o man_n shall_v be_v jocund_a and_o say_v i_o have_v get_v it_o i_o have_v get_v it_o in_o his_o bosom_n so_o when_o we_o be_v at_o a_o sermon_n we_o shall_v watch_v that_o we_o may_v go_v home_o quicken_v and_o better_v and_o when_o we_o be_v at_o conference_n we_o shall_v watch_v that_o we_o may_v return_v home_o with_o the_o fruit_n and_o benefit_n of_o the_o duty_n so_o for_o all_o other_o ordinance_n we_o shall_v be_v careful_a and_o watchful_a that_o we_o may_v not_o lose_v the_o reward_n for_o the_o devil_n be_v crafty_a and_o our_o own_o heart_n be_v ready_a to_o betray_v we_o therefore_o we_o have_v need_n be_v watchful_a and_o that_o be_v the_o second_o thing_n we_o shall_v watch_v the_o duty_n of_o religion_n time_n three_o we_o shall_v watch_v time_n and_o season_n god_n know_v what_o miserable_a thing_n be_v a_o come_n therefore_o what_o time_n the_o lord_n allot_v we_o we_o have_v need_n improve_v it_o to_o the_o best_a advantage_n that_o we_o may_v redeem_v the_o time_n how_o many_o hour_n do_v run_v from_o we_o before_o we_o be_v aware_a how_o many_o day_n and_o month_n and_o year_n have_v we_o let_v slip_v away_o and_o we_o be_v little_a the_o better_a our_o time_n be_v a_o special_a thing_n and_o therefore_o we_o have_v need_v to_o visit_v a_o family_n to_o visit_v a_o person_n and_o what_o a_o woeful_a thing_n be_v it_o for_o a_o man_n to_o be_v drowsy_a and_o negligent_a when_o god_n anger_n burst_v forth_o and_o so_o he_o have_v no_o evidence_n of_o comfort_n to_o his_o soul_n he_o know_v not_o how_o to_o meet_v god_n in_o the_o field_n but_o when_o the_o wrath_n of_o god_n break_v out_o in_o any_o kind_n upon_o his_o good_n or_o wife_n or_o child_n or_o body_n or_o friend_n or_o any_o thing_n he_o be_v at_o a_o loss_n and_o know_v not_o what_o to_o do_v he_o be_v fain_o to_o sink_v under_o the_o hand_n of_o god_n and_o have_v no_o refuge_n to_o fly_v unto_o therefore_o we_o shall_v watch_v against_o the_o day_n of_o god_n anger_n three_o grace_n we_o shall_v watch_v over_o the_o time_n of_o grace_n for_o there_o be_v gracious_a and_o acceptable_a time_n as_o the_o apostle_n call_v they_o 2_o cor._n 6.21_o many_o time_n good_a motion_n come_v in_o now_o if_o we_o do_v not_o watch_v to_o keep_v they_o and_o nourish_v they_o in_o our_o heart_n the_o lord_n will_v pass_v we_o by_o at_o another_o time_n and_o we_o shall_v not_o be_v move_v sometime_o god_n affect_v thy_o heart_n at_o a_o sermon_n and_o put_v in_o a_o good_a resolution_n to_o forsake_v sin_n and_o lead_v a_o new_a life_n now_o have_v a_o care_n to_o keep_v these_o resolution_n and_o let_v they_o not_o perish_v in_o thou_o and_o go_v out_o like_a lightning_n the_o lord_n have_v give_v many_o a_o bless_a season_n and_o opportunity_n of_o mercy_n the_o water_n be_v move_v if_o he_o will_v have_v but_o step_v in_o if_o he_o will_v but_o have_v take_v hold_v of_o the_o mercy_n he_o may_v have_v have_v it_o but_o afterward_o he_o may_v go_v mourning_n and_o thirst_v and_o longing_n and_o never_o have_v the_o mercy_n offer_v more_o and_o it_o be_v well_o if_o he_o can_v be_v humble_v for_o miss_v of_o that_o mercy_n by_o his_o neglect_n and_o watch_v for_o the_o future_a the_o time_n of_o grace_n again_o we_o shall_v watch_v the_o time_n of_o death_n death_n we_o be_v all_o mortal_a man_n must_v die_v and_o bless_a be_v that_o servant_n who_o his_o lord_n when_o he_o come_v shall_v find_v he_o so_o do_v be_v change_v but_o he_o be_v not_o change_v in_o himself_o but_o it_o stand_v only_o in_o god_n imputation_n he_o be_v not_o just_a in_o himself_o but_o by_o imputation_n just_a now_o the_o real_a change_n be_v when_o god_n do_v purify_v and_o make_v up_o the_o defect_n in_o a_o man_n more_o and_o more_o that_o be_v a_o real_a change_n so_o that_o i_o say_v regeneration_n be_v not_o only_o a_o relative_a change_n whereby_o god_n account_v a_o man_n as_o a_o child_n but_o it_o breed_v a_o real_a change_n in_o a_o man_n it_o give_v a_o man_n a_o spiritual_a be_v for_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n when_o it_o come_v to_o work_v this_o work_n be_v a_o fruitful_a principle_n of_o all_o good_a in_o that_o man_n more_o and_o more_o therefore_o the_o apostle_n say_v the_o fruit_n of_o the_o spirit_n be_v joy_n peace_n long-suffering_a etc._n etc._n gal._n 5.22_o it_o be_v true_a the_o spirit_n do_v not_o bring_v forth_o these_o grace_n till_o after_o a_o man_n be_v regenerate_v but_o by_o work_v that_o regeneration_n which_o make_v the_o soul_n to_o bring_v forth_o these_o fruit_n and_o make_v the_o heart_n a_o honest_a heart_n and_o so_o a_o good_a ground_n to_o bring_v forth_o these_o seed_n the_o spirit_n be_v a_o fruitful_a principle_n of_o all_o good_a in_o that_o man_n thus_o you_o see_v the_o three_o thing_n viz._n wherein_o regeneration_n consist_v regeneration_n ourselves_o it_o be_v only_o his_o work_n therefore_o see_v it_o be_v such_o a_o special_a work_n it_o must_v be_v only_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n that_o must_v work_v it_o it_o be_v a_o glorious_a work_n a_o supernatural_a work_n this_o new_a birth_n be_v such_o a_o birth_n as_o come_v from_o above_o psal_n 110.3_o thy_o people_n shall_v be_v willing_a in_o the_o day_n of_o thy_o power_n etc._n etc._n say_v the_o text_n that_o be_v all_o that_o be_v bear_v of_o god_n they_o be_v bring_v forth_o in_o the_o day_n of_o god_n power_n in_o the_o day_n wherein_o god_n be_v please_v to_o put_v forth_o his_o power_n in_o they_o therefore_o they_o be_v call_v the_o seed_n of_o christ_n isa_n 53.10_o they_o be_v his_o seed_n but_o unless_o he_o beget_v they_o by_o his_o spirit_n they_o can_v always_o be_v with_o god_n that_o he_o shall_v always_o be_v praise_v and_o think_v of_o god_n and_o mind_v of_o god_n and_o have_v his_o heart_n wean_v from_o all_o other_o thing_n and_o set_v it_o he_o will_v have_v a_o little_a emblem_n and_o picture_n of_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n among_o his_o saint_n and_o child_n in_o this_o life_n in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n there_o be_v no_o buy_v and_o sell_v no_o eat_a and_o drink_v no_o worldly_a business_n there_o be_v nothing_o but_o praise_v and_o glorify_v of_o god_n and_o speak_v of_o god_n and_o sing_v of_o halelujah_o unto_o his_o holy_a name_n there_o be_v nothing_o but_o enjoy_v communion_n with_o the_o lord_n and_o feed_v upon_o he_o continual_o there_o be_v nothing_o but_o this_o in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n complete_a here_o but_o yet_o god_n will_v have_v a_o little_a picture_n or_o this_o even_o in_o this_o life_n and_o that_o be_v the_o sabbath_n day_n wherein_o they_o be_v to_o lay_v aside_o all_o the_o work_n of_o their_o ordinary_a calling_n and_o rest_n from_o all_o servile_a labour_n this_o be_v god_n day_n and_o we_o must_v now_o call_v upon_o he_o and_o hear_v what_o he_o say_v and_o whole_o employ_v and_o occupy_v ourselves_o about_o he_o as_o near_o as_o we_o possible_o can_v but_o now_o this_o we_o can_v do_v every_o day_n for_o we_o have_v child_n to_o look_v after_o and_o live_v forty_o year_n after_o the_o ceremony_n be_v cease_v i_o will_v have_v you_o have_v a_o care_n of_o the_o sabbath_n and_o delight_n in_o hear_v of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o meditate_v
