all_o plenty_n in_o christ_n that_o be_v poor_a at_o home_n and_o rich_a abroad_o that_o in_o her_o necessity_n boast_v and_o be_v comfortable_a in_o a_o other_o man_n plenty_n that_o never_o rest_v in_o herself_o nor_o any_o thing_n of_o her_o own_o have_v she_o never_o so_o great_a plenty_n in_o respect_n of_o other_o and_o yet_o be_v joyful_a comfortable_a and_o well_o pay_v and_o satisfy_v with_o christ_n in_o her_o great_a want_n for_o faith_n be_v not_o so_o high_o commend_v as_o it_o be_v a_o work_n of_o we_o for_o so_o it_o be_v imperfect_a as_o all_o other_o be_v that_o come_v righteousness_n of_o our_o corrupt_a work_n for_o the_o true_a righteousness_n bring_v and_o wrought_v by_o christ_n alone_o a_o feign_a devotion_n ground_v by_o our_o own_o good_a intent_n for_o holiness_n and_o sanctification_n of_o life_n and_o well_o do_v guide_v and_o direct_v by_o his_o word_n a_o false_a persuasion_n to_o avoid_v danger_n by_o our_o own_o satisfaction_n in_o stead_n far_o be_v they_o from_o any_o envy_v of_o they_o for_o by_o love_n they_o be_v so_o as_o it_o be_v make_v one_o that_o the_o praise_n of_o their_o child_n they_o take_v to_o be_v a_o part_n of_o therefore_o be_v it_o to_o envy_v our_o own_o commodity_n there_o can_v be_v no_o great_a token_n of_o a_o hateful_a man_n then_o be_v envy_n neither_o any_o plain_a proof_n that_o we_o be_v diverse_a all_o the_o body_n shall_v be_v but_o one_o member_n let_v we_o not_o imagine_v that_o when_o we_o shall_v give_v our_o heart_n leave_v to_o envy_v some_o one_o that_o this_o affection_n will_v die_v when_o he_o be_v take_v away_o or_o when_o we_o shall_v have_v prevail_v against_o he_o nay_o it_o be_v make_v by_o that_o mean_n so_o much_o the_o more_fw-it strong_a and_o as_o for_o the_o occasion_n it_o never_o die_v for_o there_o shall_v be_v always_o some_o that_o shall_v deserve_v and_o just_o have_v true_a praise_n and_o estimation_n for_o some_o thing_n which_o we_o have_v not_o and_o therefore_o can_v come_v to_o have_v the_o praise_n of_o it_o for_o ourselves_o in_o deed_n the_o next_o way_n to_o have_v the_o glory_n of_o it_o be_v by_o love_n to_o be_v one_o as_o one_o with_o the_o true_a owner_n thereof_o to_o encourage_v we_o to_o this_o love_n that_o drive_v away_o envy_n let_v we_o remember_v that_o in_o drive_v it_o away_o we_o join_v with_o the_o lord_n who_o have_v thus_o appoint_v it_o we_o approve_v his_o do_n as_o good_a we_o acknowledge_v by_o thankfulness_n the_o commodity_n that_o we_o have_v of_o they_o we_o rid_v ourselves_o of_o a_o infinite_a unto_o other_o as_o love_n be_v void_a of_o envy_n so_o be_v it_o report_v here_o by_o the_o holy_a ghost_n that_o it_o be_v void_a of_o deal_v insolent_o froward_o or_o stubborn_o for_o so_o sound_v weakness_n can_v not_o give_v life_n and_o therefore_o sure_a it_o be_v that_o the_o lord_n mean_v not_o that_o we_o shall_v look_v for_o happiness_n from_o the_o law_n and_o the_o obedience_n before_o he_o have_v lay_v before_o we_o in_o his_o account_v book_n our_o several_a parcel_n of_o debt_n a_o christian_a therefore_o be_v teach_v by_o the_o end_n that_o god_o have_v in_o give_v of_o opinion_n that_o we_o have_v once_o conceive_v of_o our_o own_o good_a estate_n therefore_o whosoever_o mean_v to_o depend_v true_o upon_o god_n must_v by_o the_o often_o sight_n of_o himself_o in_o the_o law_n be_v weyn_v from_o the_o opinion_n of_o his_o own_o do_n while_o that_o in_o see_v his_o deformity_n so_o much_o in_o every_o part_n by_o mean_n of_o the_o sundry_a and_o several_a duty_n take_v he_o for_o a_o special_a friend_n that_o will_v offer_v to_o answer_v it_o even_o so_o it_o come_v to_o pass_v with_o we_o while_o in_o general_a word_n of_o course_n we_o confess_v ourselves_o to_o be_v sinner_n and_o therefore_o indebt_v unto_o god_o but_o yet_o never_o true_o consider_v by_o true_a trial_n of_o ourselves_o in_o every_o commandment_n what_o the_o particular_n be_v whereof_o the_o general_n arise_v so_o great_a we_o make_v no_o great_a account_n of_o the_o mercy_n bring_v by_o christ_n for_o the_o discharge_n thereof_o because_o the_o greatness_n of_o the_o debt_n and_o danger_n for_o want_n of_o sum_v the_o particular_n be_v not_o true_o know_v nor_o right_o consider_v of_o which_o be_v the_o thing_n that_o make_v a_o right_a reckon_n both_o of_o our_o upon_o we_o by_o offend_v but_o also_o the_o punishment_n whatsoever_o that_o follow_v thereupon_o as_o shall_v hereafter_o god_n will_v most_o plain_o appear_v we_o be_v therefore_o put_v in_o hope_n by_o this_o petition_n to_o have_v as_o well_o the_o punishment_n as_o the_o fault_n of_o our_o sin_n pardon_v &_o forgive_v we_o so_o that_o when_o any_o punishment_n of_o god_n be_v upon_o he_o perpetual_a doctrine_n unto_o the_o church_n that_o when_o any_o punishment_n be_v upon_o those_o that_o be_v his_o they_o shall_v confess_v their_o sin_n in_o truth_n with_o a_o assure_a hope_n in_o the_o lord_n then_o he_o will_v be_v merciful_a and_o bring_v they_o again_o unto_o the_o land_n which_o be_v to_o remove_v the_o punishment_n from_o they_o as_o well_o as_o the_o fault_n and_o punishment_n the_o holy_a ghost_n make_v it_o general_a in_o the_o seven_o and_o thirty_o verse_n when_o there_o shall_v be_v famine_n in_o the_o land_n when_o there_o shall_v be_v pestilence_n 37._o blast_v mildew_n grasshopper_n or_o caterpillar_n when_o their_o enemy_n shall_v besiege_v they_o in_o the_o city_n of_o their_o land_n or_o any_o plague_n or_o any_o sickness_n for_o these_o be_v we_o to_o err_v from_o thy_o way_n and_o harden_v our_o heart_n from_o thy_o fear_n return_v for_o thy_o servant_n sake_n and_o for_o the_o tribe_n of_o thine_o inheritance_n it_o be_v not_o that_o hardness_n of_o heart_n which_o be_v peculiar_a to_o the_o reprobate_n that_o be_v mention_v in_o this_o place_n but_o to_o be_v so_o take_v with_o the_o snare_n of_o sin_n and_o so_o lead_v into_o temptation_n and_o blind_a &_o entangle_v therein_o as_o the_o godly_a that_o live_v may_v be_v and_o yet_o afterward_o by_o affliction_n or_o some_o other_o mean_n deliver_v from_o the_o same_o for_o when_o it_o please_v the_o lord_n to_o lay_v affliction_n upon_o he_o no_o doubt_n there_o be_v in_o they_o this_o err_a from_o his_o way_n and_o hardness_n of_o heart_n from_o his_o fear_n which_o the_o church_n of_o god_o complain_v of_o in_o this_o place_n and_o which_o the_o lord_n purpose_v to_o cure_v for_o he_o be_v not_o cruel_a to_o punish_v when_o there_o be_v no_o cause_n but_o his_o that_o we_o may_v not_o be_v harden_v through_o the_o deceitfulness_n of_o sin_n for_o the_o avoid_n whereof_o the_o child_n of_o god_n be_v admonish_v in_o the_o epistle_n to_o the_o hebrew_n to_o
