other_o grace_n as_o patience_n and_o justice_n and_o sobriety_n they_o have_v some_o help_n from_o the_o principle_n in_o reason_n and_o nature_n but_o faith_n have_v no_o help_n from_o any_o principle_n in_o reason_n or_o nature_n and_o therefore_o sure_o it_o be_v difficult_a and_o if_o it_o be_v the_o most_o glorious_a and_o difficult_a thing_n sure_o it_o will_v enable_v the_o soul_n to_o do_v most_o glorious_a and_o difficult_a work_n five_o faith_n appear_v to_o be_v a_o most_o strong_a thing_n to_o carry_v the_o soul_n through_o any_o service_n because_o it_o enable_v a_o soul_n to_o go_v on_o in_o any_o way_n of_o service_n that_o god_n call_v to_o in_o a_o gracious_a manner_n and_o this_o do_v facillitate_v a_o work_n a_o main_a thing_n that_o make_v our_o service_n difficult_a be_v our_o blunder_a about_o they_o and_o go_v about_o they_o in_o a_o confuse_a untoward_a manner_n we_o do_v not_o carry_v thing_n gracious_o and_o sweet_o in_o a_o outward_a work_n to_o carry_v it_o on_o in_o a_o right_a manner_n do_v mighty_o further_o the_o work_n so_o in_o any_o work_n that_o godset_v we_o about_o if_o we_o go_v on_o in_o the_o right_a way_n that_o god_n set_v carpenter_n that_o work_v by_o rule_n and_o go_v to_o it_o in_o the_o right_a manner_n he_o go_v through_o his_o work_n with_o ease_n and_o if_o there_o be_v a_o knotty_a piece_n in_o the_o timber_n he_o know_v how_o to_o order_v it_o because_o he_o have_v skill_n when_o as_o other_o will_v throw_v away_o the_o work_n and_o can_v not_o tell_v what_o to_o do_v so_o many_o not_o have_v the_o grace_n of_o faith_n to_o guide_v they_o by_o the_o right_a rule_n when_o they_o set_v upon_o any_o work_n in_o religion_n they_o cry_v out_o of_o the_o difficultness_n and_o how_o it_o tire_v they_o no_o marvel_n if_o you_o be_v tire_v when_o you_o do_v not_o know_v the_o right_a rule_n but_o the_o principle_n of_o faith_n be_v beget_v by_o the_o word_n and_o be_v feed_v and_o nourish_v by_o the_o word_n it_o will_v keep_v the_o heart_n close_o to_o the_o word_n and_o give_v skill_n to_o the_o soul_n to_o apply_v itself_o to_o the_o rule_n and_o therefore_o though_o the_o work_n be_v hard_a yet_o to_o such_o a_o one_o in_o comparison_n it_o be_v easy_a and_o so_o carry_v through_o abundance_n of_o difficulty_n which_o otherwise_o will_v hinder_v he_o six_o faith_n carry_v through_o difficult_a work_n thing_n that_o be_v hard_a to_o be_v do_v because_o by_o faith_n it_o be_v that_o the_o soul_n of_o a_o believer_n have_v much_o to_o do_v with_o god_n with_o the_o supreme_a cause_n with_o the_o high_a cause_n of_o all_o and_o by_o reason_n of_o faith_n the_o great_a thing_n that_o he_o undertake_v be_v transact_v between_o god_n and_o he_o the_o chief_n difficulty_n of_o business_n lie_v most_o in_o second_o cause_n in_o under_o cause_n now_o if_o so_o be_v the_o thing_n be_v clear_a between_o the_o supreme_a cause_n and_o the_o agent_n that_o undertake_v the_o work_n it_o may_v go_v on_o and_o that_o with_o ease_n as_o many_o time_n in_o the_o business_n and_o affair_n of_o a_o country_n if_o a_o man_n have_v to_o do_v with_o many_o under_o officer_n he_o may_v have_v a_o great_a deal_n of_o difficulty_n in_o his_o work_n in_o pass_v through_o they_o but_o if_o the_o business_n be_v transact_v between_o he_o and_o the_o king_n and_o all_o be_v clear_a there_o he_o may_v carry_v his_o business_n with_o ease_n so_o all_o the_o business_n of_o a_o believer_n be_v transact_v between_o god_n and_o he_o and_o faith_n keep_v the_o soul_n to_o the_o supreme_a cause_n and_o work_v it_o that_o way_n and_o this_o must_v needs_o procure_v much_o ease_n to_o a_o service_n because_o the_o supreme_a cause_n depend_v on_o no_o inferior_a but_o all_o inferior_a depend_v upon_o it_o and_o the_o supreme_a cause_n be_v enough_o to_o work_v without_o any_o inferior_a cause_n and_o no_o inferior_a can_v any_o way_n
in_o his_o father_n in_o the_o heart_n of_o his_o people_n that_o they_o may_v be_v carry_v through_o the_o difficult_a work_n they_o have_v to_o do_v 2._o when_o any_o difficult_a work_n be_v to_o
