ever_o baptism_n do_v for_o you_o and_o therefore_o you_o be_v still_o to_o inquire_v whether_o you_o have_v be_v conver_v since_o you_o come_v to_o age_n and_o i_o must_v needs_o remember_v you_o that_o your_o infant_n covenant_n make_v in_o baptism_n be_v upon_o your_o parent_n faith_n and_o consent_n and_o noâ—_n your_o own_o will_v serve_v your_o turn_n no_o long_o than_o your_o infancy_n unless_o when_o you_o come_v to_o the_o use_n of_o reason_n you_o renew_v and_o own_v that_o covenant_n yourselves_o and_o have_v a_o personal_a faith_n and_o repentance_n of_o your_o own_o and_o whatever_o you_o receive_v in_o baptism_n this_o must_v be_v our_o next_o enquiry_n quest_n 5._o do_v you_o ever_o since_o you_o come_v to_o age_n upon_o sound_a repentance_n and_o renunciation_n of_o careless_o as_o we_o be_v hear_v regardless_o sleepy_a hearer_n make_v regardless_o sleepy_a preacher_n frequent_a frustration_n abate_v hope_n and_o the_o fervour_n and_o diligence_n of_o prosecution_n cease_v as_o hope_n abate_v this_o be_v our_o fault_n your_o insensibility_n be_v no_o good_a excuse_n for_o we_o but_o it_o be_v a_o fault_n not_o easy_o avoid_v and_o when_o we_o be_v stop_v at_o the_o first_o door_n and_o can_v conquer_v satan_n out_o work_n what_o hope_n have_v we_o of_o go_v further_o if_o all_o that_o we_o can_v say_v will_v not_o convince_v you_o that_o you_o be_v yet_o unsanctified_a and_o unjustified_a how_o shall_v we_o get_v you_o to_o the_o duty_n that_o belong_v to_o such_o in_o order_n to_o the_o attainment_n of_o this_o desirable_a state_n and_o here_o i_o think_v it_o not_o unseasonable_a to_o inform_v you_o of_o the_o reason_n why_o the_o most_o able_a faithful_a minister_n of_o christ_n do_v search_v so_o deep_a and_o speak_v so_o hardly_o of_o the_o case_n of_o unrenewed_a soul_n as_o much_o displease_v many_o of_o their_o hearer_n and_o make_v they_o say_v they_o be_v too_o severe_a and_o terrible_a preacher_n the_o zealous_a antinomian_n say_v they_o be_v legalist_n and_o the_o profane_a antimonian_a say_v they_o rail_v and_o preach_v not_o mercy_n but_o judgement_n only_o and_o will_v drive_v man_n to_o despair_n and_o make_v they_o mad_a but_o will_v they_o tell_v god_n he_o be_v a_o legalist_n for_o make_v the_o law_n even_o the_o gospel_n law_n as_o well_o as_o the_o law_n of_o nature_n and_o command_v we_o to_o preach_v it_o to_o the_o world_n shall_v they_o escape_v the_o sentence_n by_o reproach_v the_o lawmaker_n will_v not_o god_n judge_v the_o world_n and_o judge_v they_o by_o a_o law_n and_o will_v he_o not_o be_v just_a and_o beyond_o the_o reach_n of_o their_o reproach_n o_o sinner_n this_o be_v not_o the_o small_a part_n of_o
