imagination_n of_o it_o so_o much_o as_o when_o it_o draw_v near_o and_o threaten_v us._n but_o then_o common_o the_o mind_n multiply_v the_o greatness_n of_o it_o by_o fear_n as_o the_o disciple_n be_v not_o great_o trouble_v for_o their_o master_n departure_n 1._o till_o they_o see_v there_o be_v no_o remedy_n but_o they_o must_v needs_o forgo_v he_o which_o teach_v that_o when_o any_o such_o fear_n hang_v over_o we_o we_o shall_v not_o only_o from_o the_o first_o hear_v of_o it_o frame_n and_o settle_v our_o heart_n against_o sudden_a distemper_n and_o aggravate_v of_o it_o by_o our_o foolish_a conceit_n to_o be_v patient_a and_o willing_o subject_a to_o the_o hand_n of_o god_n therein_o and_o to_o weigh_v our_o own_o weakness_n that_o as_o we_o may_v wise_o beware_v of_o faint_a so_o we_o may_v pray_v to_o god_n for_o strength_n but_o also_o daily_o and_o oft_o continue_v such_o exercise_n and_o the_o near_o the_o issue_n the_o more_o fervent_o like_a to_o our_o saviour_n in_o his_o agony_n and_o fear_n before_o the_o come_n of_o judas_n and_o the_o rest_n to_o take_v he_o as_o fear_v indeed_o will_v then_o be_v ready_a most_o of_o all_o to_o assault_v us._n and_o if_o we_o faint_v then_o we_o may_v know_v our_o strength_n be_v never_o great_a for_o as_o 4._o patience_n shall_v have_v her_o perfect_a work_n to_o help_v we_o bear_v affliction_n unto_o the_o end_n against_o the_o fear_n that_o rise_v before_o the_o trouble_n come_v and_o the_o smart_n that_o it_o cause_v when_o it_o be_v come_v till_o the_o danger_n be_v past_a and_o over_o and_o it_o be_v a_o good_a sign_n that_o affliction_n when_o it_o come_v shall_v not_o much_o disguise_n and_o astonish_v we_o when_o we_o weaken_v the_o terror_n of_o it_o after_o that_o manner_n and_o by_o often_o meditate_v of_o the_o certainty_n of_o our_o deliverance_n there_o from_o and_o prepare_v for_o our_o affliction_n according_o before_o it_o come_v otherwise_o it_o will_v come_v upon_o we_o as_o a_o arm_a man_n against_o who_o there_o be_v no_o resistance_n and_o see_v god_n fortify_v gedeon_n with_o a_o new_a promise_n of_o his_o help_n even_o when_o he_o shall_v go_v down_o to_o the_o army_n
