busy_v himself_o at_o all_o adventure_n build_v or_o plant_v or_o lay_v up_o treasure_n when_o he_o have_v reason_n to_o suspect_v that_o he_o be_v labour_v for_o a_o stranger_n or_o prepare_v rich_a and_o pleasant_a spoil_n for_o a_o enemy_n to_o feed_v his_o lust_n upon_o and_o what_o be_v the_o effect_n of_o these_o discouragement_n but_o a_o disconsolate_a useless_a sloth_n or_o else_o a_o diversion_n from_o those_o labour_n whereby_o he_o may_v profit_v himself_o and_o other_o to_o live_v by_o spoil_n on_o other_o person_n which_o when_o it_o once_o become_v common_a end_v in_o general_a want_n and_o poverty_n and_o bring_v destruction_n upon_o a_o nation_n so_o useful_a nay_o so_o whole_o necessary_a be_v stable_a time_n to_o give_v encouragement_n to_o care_n and_o diligence_n in_o those_o labour_n whereby_o every_o man_n serve_v himself_o as_o the_o public_a good_a be_v serve_v by_o all_o 2._o stable_a and_o settle_a time_n give_v
