the_o reach_n of_o carnal_a and_o mere_a rational_a understanding_n above_o the_o reach_n of_o humane_a art_n and_o science_n and_o they_o be_v always_o consult_v and_o conversant_a about_o new_a therefore_o have_v god_n set_v in_o his_o church_n mere_a rule_v elder_n that_o they_o as_o moses_n his_o 70._o elder_n may_v help_v to_o bear_v the_o burden_n and_o assist_v the_o teaching-elders_a other_o work_n as_o need_n require_v therefore_o there_o be_v a_o kind_n of_o nenessity_n of_o mere_a ruling-elders_a to_o help_v and_o assist_v they_o in_o the_o well_o order_v and_o govern_v the_o church_n thus_o we_o see_v that_o there_o be_v such_o officer_n and_o such_o a_o office_n in_o the_o word_n of_o god_n quest_n for_o what_o end_n have_v god_n set_v ruling-elders_a in_o his_o church_n set_v in_o the_o church_n by_o the_o lord_n appointment_n and_o that_o they_o be_v authorize_v and_o empower_v by_o christ_n to_o act_n and_o officiate_v there_o in_o his_o name_n than_o i_o say_v it_o be_v certain_a they_o have_v their_o special_a work_n to_o do_v there_o for_o they_o be_v not_o set_v there_o to_o have_v a_o name_n and_o signify_v nothing_o else_o but_o they_o have_v their_o
