rejoice_v in_o god_n and_o his_o goodness_n and_o encourage_v ourselves_o by_o the_o remembrance_n thereof_o to_o serve_v the_o lord_n with_o chearfulnesse_n and_o gladness_n of_o heart_n sanctify_v be_v a_o set_n apart_o of_o the_o day_n unto_o god_n to_o be_v employ_v in_o holy_a exercise_n as_o preach_v hear_v read_v pray_v etc._n etc._n thus_o far_o then_o we_o find_v in_o examine_v the_o phrase_n and_o expression_n of_o the_o four_o commandment_n nothing_o that_o may_v enforce_v we_o to_o acknowledge_v any_o thing_n to_o be_v ceremonious_a in_o this_o law_n nor_o consequent_o mutable_a see_v the_o set_a day_n of_o rest_n be_v not_o command_v there_o in_o particular_a but_o only_o assign_v by_o a_o general_a rule_n which_o be_v appliable_a to_o the_o sabbath_n of_o the_o christians_n as_o well_o as_o to_o that_o of_o the_o jew_n in_o change_v of_o the_o first_o day_n of_o rest_n there_o be_v nothing_o alter_v in_o the_o law_n it_o remain_v only_o that_o we_o examine_v whether_o we_o find_v any_o ceremony_n in_o the_o rest_n which_o if_o we_o do_v not_o we_o must_v acknowledge_v that_o the_o church_n of_o god_n be_v for_o ever_o bind_v to_o the_o observation_n of_o this_o objection_n 1_o as_o much_o as_o to_o any_o other_o of_o the_o moral_a law_n abolish_v the_o rest_n of_o the_o sabbath_n be_v a_o type_n of_o christ_n rest_n in_o the_o grave_n and_o therefore_o abolish_v
