heaven_n to_o the_o direction_n and_o government_n of_o his_o holy_a spirit_n that_o be_v to_o animate_v his_o whole_a church_n beside_o though_o our_o saviour_n say_v nothing_o of_o distinction_n of_o meat_n he_o do_v not_o withstand_v much_o of_o fast_v and_o to_o give_v we_o example_n do_v most_o miraculous_o practice_v it_o in_o his_o own_o person_n so_o now_o i_o presume_v you_o will_v give_v i_o leave_v to_o prove_v my_o part_n and_o first_o i_o prove_v that_o the_o church_n do_v lawful_o forbid_v certain_a meat_n for_o certain_a time_n by_o express_a scripture_n thus_o first_o the_o apostle_n themselves_o be_v assemble_v in_o counsel_n lay_v a_o injunction_n upon_o all_o christian_n solemn_o so_o to_o do_v in_o these_o word_n for_o it_o seem_v good_a unto_o the_o holy_a meat_n commend_v we_o not_o to_o god_n for_o noither_o if_o we_o eat_v be_v we_o the_o better_a neither_o if_o we_o eat_v not_o be_v we_o the_o worse_a etc._n etc._n and_o then_o conclude_v wherefore_o if_o meat_n make_v my_o brother_n to_o offend_v i_o will_v eat_v no_o flesh_n while_o the_o world_n stand_v lest_o i_o make_v my_o brother_n to_o offend_v here_o again_o be_v abstinence_n for_o certain_a time_n and_o certain_a reason_n then_o that_o such_o a_o abstinence_n be_v acceptable_a to_o god_n see_v the_o express_a word_n of_o the_o prophet_n daniel_n speak_v of_o himself_o
