of_o the_o new_a covenant_n be_v of_o grace_n but_o justification_n by_o obedience_n to_o it_o be_v not_o of_o grace_n but_o of_o work_n do_v a_o new_a covenant_n accept_v of_o imperfect_a obedience_n and_o carry_v pardon_n with_o it_o it_o doâ—â—_n indeed_o not_o insist_v upon_o perfect_a obedience_n to_o the_o law_n of_o innocency_n as_o the_o only_a way_n of_o life_n but_o it_o do_v not_o want_v of_o perfect_a obedience_n to_o adam_n therefore_o all_o the_o mercy_n grace_n and_o pardon_n of_o the_o new_a covenant_n lie_v in_o relax_v the_o covenant_n of_o perfect_a work_n in_o give_v a_o new_a and_o somewhat_o mild_a covenant_n to_o man_n when_o they_o may_v have_v be_v condemn_v for_o the_o breach_n of_o the_o former_a but_o still_o their_o justification_n or_o right_n to_o life_n depend_v whole_o upon_o their_o obedience_n to_o this_o new_a covenant_n and_o so_o â—â—_o no_o more_o of_o grace_n proper_o than_o adam_n shall_v have_v be_v but_o they_o say_v our_o obedience_n be_v perform_v by_o the_o efficacy_n of_o divine_a grace_n and_o therefore_o we_o may_v be_v say_v to_o be_v justify_v by_o grace_n though_o by_o our_o obedience_n as_o if_o the_o elect_a angel_n that_o stand_v be_v not_o justify_v or_o accept_v in_o and_o by_o their_o own_o integrity_n because_o preserve_v by_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n or_o as_o if_o adam_n can_v not_o have_v be_v justify_v by_o keep_v the_o law_n unless_o he_o have_v do_v it_o mere_o by_o his_o own_o connate_a strength_n without_o addition_n or_o assistance_n of_o divine_a grace_n throughout_o his_o life_n what_o the_o grace_n be_v which_o these_o man_n allow_v to_o our_o obedience_n be_v yet_o uncertain_a but_o this_o alter_v not_o the_o nature_n of_o justification_n if_o it_o be_v by_o obedience_n it_o be_v not_o of_o grace_n but_o of_o work_n i._n e._n a_o man_n be_v pronounce_v just_a or_o righteous_a for_o his_o own_o obedience_n by_o what_o principle_n soever_o it_o be_v wrought_v therefore_o the_o say_v here_o speak_v of_o neither_o be_v nor_o do_v include_v obedience_n again_o it_o be_v a_o faith_n that_o the_o promise_n may_v be_v sure_a or_o firm_a to_o all_o the_o seed_n but_o if_o obedience_n be_v the_o condition_n of_o life_n the_o promise_n can_v be_v sure_a to_o all_o or_o any_o believer_n ergò_fw-la this_o faith_n do_v not_o include_v obedience_n profess_a arminian_n grant_v there_o can_v be_v no_o assurance_n ordinary_o of_o any_o particular_a man_n salvation_n yea_o that_o there_o be_v no_o absolute_a certainty_n thet_o any_o man_n shall_v be_v save_v though_o christ_n die_v for_o they_o all_o other_o speak_v more_o dubious_o but_o if_o justification_n be_v suspend_v upon_o our_o obedience_n to_o the_o gospel_n to_o our_o life_n end_n it_o can_v be_v certain_a to_o any_o man_n that_o he_o shall_v be_v justify_v and_o save_v till_o he_o be_v out_o of_o the_o world_n there_o may_v be_v indeed_o a_o objective_a certainty_n of_o the_o promise_n in_o general_n viz._n he_o that_o obey_v to_o the_o end_n shall_v be_v save_v but_o thus_o the_o promise_n to_o adam_n be_v as_o certain_a viz_o if_o he_o have_v obey_v perfect_o to_o the_o end_n he_o shall_v thereby_o be_v justify_v but_o here_o be_v a_o promise_n to_o abraham_n that_o he_o and_o his_o seed_n shall_v be_v bless_v and_o this_o promise_n be_v not_o make_v to_o the_o work_n of_o
