if_o he_o be_v in_o sin_n they_o shall_v be_v pardon_v he_o 5._o who_o be_v the_o minister_n of_o this_o sacrament_n none_o but_o such_o as_o be_v priest_n 6._o be_v we_o oblige_v to_o receive_v this_o sacrament_n yes_o for_o the_o reason_n above_o allege_v in_o so_o much_o that_o if_o any_o man_n lie_v sick_a in_o extreme_a danger_n of_o death_n have_v sufficient_a opportunity_n to_o procure_v the_o administration_n of_o this_o sacrament_n he_o be_v bind_v to_o procure_v it_o 7._o what_o preparation_n be_v necessary_a for_o this_o sacrament_n he_o who_o receive_v it_o be_v bind_v to_o be_v in_o the_o state_n of_o grace_n for_o he_o who_o be_v sick_a can_v be_v a_o convalescent_n unless_o he_o be_v first_o cure_v of_o his_o disease_n and_o free_v from_o danger_n of_o death_n beside_o he_o be_v bind_v to_o have_v a_o desire_n to_o receive_v the_o sacrament_n to_o the_o end_n for_o which_o it_o be_v institute_v in_o case_n he_o be_v in_o his_o sense_n when_o it_o be_v give_v he_o 8._o at_o what_o time_n be_v this_o sacrament_n to_o be_v receive_v many_o commit_v great_a folly_n and_o error_n herein_o drive_v it_o of_o until_o their_o very_a agony_n and_o loss_n of_o sense_n whereby_o for_o want_v of_o more_o ample_a disposition_n with_o which_o in_o their_o better_a judgement_n they_o may_v receive_v it_o they_o lose_v a_o great_a part_n of_o the_o grace_n which_o this_o sacrament_n may_v happy_o confer_v unto_o they_o the_o true_a time_n therefore_o to_o receive_v this_o sacrament_n be_v when_o the_o physician_n shall_v judge_v the_o party_n to_o be_v in_o apparent_a danger_n of_o approach_a death_n that_o heavenly_a remedy_n be_v apply_v when_o humane_a help_n be_v just_o
