1._o cor._n 11._o 14._o or_o not_o record_v 1._o cor._n 11._o 34._o other_o thing_n will_v i_o set_v in_o order_n when_o i_o come_v he_o promise_v here_o to_o set_v in_o order_n but_o ceremony_n and_o namely_o such_o as_o do_v concern_v the_o lord_n supper_n of_o ceremony_n only_o this_o i_o will_v say_v they_o do_v no_o way_n exceed_v neither_o be_v rule_n of_o ceremony_n good_a rule_n they_o unprofitable_a neither_o be_v they_o deliver_v with_o any_o 1_o 1_o opinion_n of_o necessity_n to_o bind_v man_n conscience_n neither_o 2_o 2_o be_v they_o contrary_a to_o those_o thing_n which_o be_v old_a wife_n fable_n all_o for_o the_o most_o part_n deliver_v with_o a_o opinion_n of_o necessity_n and_o most_o of_o they_o most_o repugnant_a to_o the_o apostolical_a doctrine_n and_o thus_o do_v we_o distinguish_v tradition_n the_o adversary_n understand_v by_o tradition_n their_o unwritten_a verity_n not_o that_o which_o be_v not_o where_o find_v write_v but_o that_o which_o be_v not_o write_v by_o the_o first_o author_n thereof_o that_o be_v by_o he_o which_o deliver_v the_o same_o by_o his_o own_o lively_a voice_n this_o then_o the_o papist_n do_v here_o profess_v that_o they_o can_v find_v their_o tradition_n in_o the_o scripture_n nor_o prove_v they_o by_o the_o scripture_n chap._n xv._o of_o the_o seven_o property_n and_o nine_o controversy_n the_o sacred_a scripture_n be_v the_o judge_n of_o all_o controversy_n i_o mean_v such_o controversy_n as_o be_v concern_v religion_n now_o there_o be_v two_o principal_a controversy_n concern_v religion_n the_o first_o be_v of_o the_o scripture_n itself_o who_o shall_v be_v judge_n here_o or_o how_o it_o may_v be_v try_v that_o the_o scripture_n be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n the_o second_o scripture_n the_o judge_n of_o the_o scripture_n be_v of_o the_o sense_n and_o interpretation_n of_o the_o scripture_n who_o shall_v judge_n of_o that_o or_o how_o it_o may_v appear_v that_o this_o or_o that_o be_v the_o very_a natural_a sense_n of_o the_o scripture_n i_o mean_v by_o judgement_n here_o a_o definitive_a sentence_n pronounce_v and_o give_v with_o such_o authority_n as_o that_o all_o man_n must_v herein_o manner_n of_o speak_v be_v improper_a when_o we_o say_v of_o the_o scripture_n that_o it_o be_v the_o judge_n of_o controversy_n for_o to_o speak_v proper_o the_o holy_a ghost_n be_v the_o judge_n for_o the_o judge_n must_v be_v a_o person_n and_o the_o holy_a ghost_n he_o be_v the_o three_o person_n in_o trinity_n the_o scripture_n therefore_o be_v not_o proper_o say_v to_o be_v a_o judge_n but_o it_o be_v the_o voice_n and_o sentence_n which_o the_o judge_n have_v give_v the_o principal_a instrument_n or_o mean_v whereby_o y_a e_o spirit_n set_v forth_o his_o judgement_n &_o whereby_o he_o teach_v we_o and_o work_v faith_n in_o our_o heart_n and_o the_o spirit_n here_o judge_v free_o in_o and_o by_o who_o he_o please_v be_v not_o tie_v to_o any_o one_o kind_a of_o man_n as_o second_o whether_o the_o scripture_n be_v his_o principal_a voice_n whereby_o he_o give_v judge_n first_o whether_o the_o holy_a ghost_n be_v a_o judge_n sentence_n or_o determine_v any_o question_n three_o whether_o he_o judge_n in_o and_o by_o any_o man_n without_o difference_n or_o respect_n of_o person_n or_o be_v bind_v to_o one_o certain_a kind_n or_o sort_n of_o man_n for_o the_o first_o question_n i_o answer_v the_o holy_a ghost_n be_v a_o judge_n first_o for_o that_o he_o be_v promise_v of_o christ_n 16._o io_n 14._o math_n 28._o mar._n 16._o unto_o his_o church_n at_o his_o last_o departure_n from_o the_o apostle_n &_o be_v give_v &_o as_o it_o be_v depute_a christ_n vicar_n on_o earth_n both_o to_o teach_v and_o to_o judge_v etc._n etc._n second_o for_o that_o among_o other_o judge_n judiciary_n and_o proper_a to_o he_o whereby_o he_o beget_v faith_n in_o our_o heart_n may_v appear_v by_o these_o reason_n follow_v first_o the_o scripture_n be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n
