humane_a invention_n and_o injunction_n in_o the_o worship_n of_o god_n disc_n now_o whether_o the_o pretend_a necessity_n of_o a_o set_a form_n shall_v exempt_v from_o the_o general_a negative_a gift_n fit_a for_o it_o and_o therefore_o if_o such_o as_o have_v the_o skill_n to_o pen_v psalm_n do_v nevertheless_o sing_v the_o form_n of_o psalm_n set_v and_o compose_v by_o david_n and_o other_o prophet_n as_o they_o can_v be_v say_v therein_o to_o make_v use_n of_o the_o invention_n of_o man_n but_o of_o god_n institution_n so_o neither_o can_v they_o be_v say_v to_o sin_n upon_o the_o other_o respect_n which_o you_o mention_v because_o they_o use_v a_o help_n to_o they_o not_o necessary_a whereas_o other_o that_o want_n their_o skill_n do_v lawful_o use_v david_n psalm_n because_o
