albeit_o they_o pretend_v to_o acknowledge_v he_o and_o all_o the_o indignity_n offer_v to_o the_o word_n in_o the_o mouth_n of_o his_o servant_n he_o interpret_v it_o as_o do_v to_o himself_o have_v access_n unto_o the_o church_n and_o to_o christ_n in_o it_o so_o in_o particular_a it_o be_v a_o great_a mercy_n that_o even_o most_o bitter_a enemy_n may_v and_o will_v be_v bring_v in_o especial_o after_o the_o conversion_n of_o israel_n therefore_o beside_o all_o the_o heathen_a in_o general_a edom_n who_o be_v israel_n most_o bitter_a enemy_n whereby_o we_o must_v understand_v other_o of_o the_o same_o kind_n be_v particular_o name_v in_o this_o promise_n 3._o as_o they_o be_v but_o still_o a_o remnant_n who_o seek_v god_n in_o sincerity_n so_o it_o be_v no_o strange_a thing_n to_o see_v a_o great_a destruction_n of_o nation_n and_o enemy_n before_o they_o will_v come_v in_o to_o god_n for_o this_o cause_n be_v they_o call_v the_o remnant_n of_o edom_n and_o of_o all_o the_o heathen_a not_o only_o because_o it_o be_v but_o remnant_n of_o they_o who_o come_v in_o at_o first_o and_o who_o then_o and_o afterward_o when_o more_o profess_v the_o gospel_n do_v sincere_o turn_v to_o god_n but_o especial_o because_o after_o the_o conversion_n of_o israel_n many_o of_o the_o nation_n will_v oppose_v they_o and_o they_o will_v be_v break_v and_o punish_v by_o god_n and_o then_o the_o remnant_n of_o they_o and_o other_o shall_v be_v convert_v 4._o as_o all_o who_o be_v true_a convert_n and_o embrace_v christ_n do_v embrace_v and_o share_v in_o israel_n covenant_n make_v with_o abraham_n and_o his_o seed_n so_o israel_n after_o their_o conversion_n will_v be_v a_o very_a eminent_a and_o notable_a church_n who_o many_o nation_n shall_v honour_v and_o to_o who_o they_o shall_v join_v themselves_o in_o both_o these_o respect_v it_o be_v true_a that_o they_o or_o israel_n or_o the_o old_a tabernacle_n of_o david_n shall_v possess_v the_o remnant_n of_o edom_n for_o all_o who_o be_v convert_v be_v ingraff_v into_o the_o same_o stock_n and_o enter_v into_o the_o same_o covenant_n with_o the_o jew_n and_o so_o be_v a_o new_a accession_n unto_o they_o and_o israel_n be_v convert_v will_v bring_v in_o a_o great_a conquest_n and_o purchase_n to_o the_o lord_n of_o these_o who_o shall_v be_v revive_v and_o quicken_v at_o their_o appear_v on_o the_o stage_n and_o who_o shall_v much_o honour_v the_o church_n of_o israel_n 5._o as_o all_o who_o be_v bring_v in_o to_o the_o gospel_n be_v bind_v to_o make_v public_a profession_n of_o the_o name_n of_o god_n and_o christ_n and_o inrol_v themselves_o as_o his_o confederate_n and_o follower_n so_o it_o be_v the_o great_a honour_n of_o a_o people_n that_o they_o bear_v this_o badge_n and_o livery_n and_o have_v a_o visible_a right_n so_o to_o do_v and_o this_o visible_a right_n and_o profession_n do_v warrant_v they_o to_o seek_v unto_o god_n as_o it_o be_v act._n 15.17_o and_o give_v they_o right_o to_o church_n fellowship_n for_o it_o be_v they_o which_o be_v call_v by_o my_o name_n or_o upon_o who_o my_o name_n be_v call_v who_o israel_n shall_v possess_v and_o who_o shall_v possess_v the_o tabernacle_n of_o david_n as_o church-member_n 6._o as_o all_o this_o must_v be_v god_n work_n to_o bring_v it_o about_o so_o his_o word_n be_v sufficient_a ground_n of_o assurance_n
