though_o they_o grant_v a_o carnal_a and_o real_a presence_n of_o christ_n body_n natural_o and_o corporal_o after_o the_o papist_n declaration_n and_o meaning_n and_o which_o belie_v we_o also_o as_o though_o we_o deny_v all_o presence_n of_o christ_n and_o so_o make_v it_o but_o a_o bare_a sign_n these_o lie_a lip_n the_o lord_n will_v destroy_v if_o they_o repent_v not_o and_o with_o we_o believe_v and_o teach_v the_o truth_n that_o the_o sacrament_n be_v the_o food_n of_o the_o soul_n a_o matter_n of_o faith_n and_o therefore_o spiritual_o and_o by_o faith_n to_o be_v talk_v of_o and_o understand_v which_o faith_n they_o want_v and_o therefore_o they_o err_v so_o gross_o in_o that_o they_o will_v have_v such_o a_o presence_n of_o christ_n as_o be_v contrary_n to_o all_o the_o scripture_n and_o to_o our_o christian_a religion_n whereby_o come_v no_o such_o commodity_n to_o the_o receiver_n as_o by_o the_o spiritual_a presence_n which_o we_o teach_v and_o according_a to_o god_n word_n do_v affirm_v for_o we_o teach_v these_o benefit_n to_o be_v have_v by_o the_o worthy_a receive_v the_o sacrament_n namely_o that_o we_o abide_v in_o christ_n and_o christ_n in_o us._n again_o that_o we_o obtain_v by_o it_o a_o celestial_a life_n or_o a_o life_n with_o god_n moreover_o that_o by_o faith_n and_o in_o spirit_n we_o receive_v not_o only_a christ_n body_n and_o blood_n but_o also_o whole_a christ_n god_n and_o man_n beside_o these_o we_o grant_v that_o by_o the_o worthy_a receive_n of_o this_o sacrament_n we_o receive_v remission_n of_o our_o sin_n and_o confirmation_n of_o the_o new_a testament_n last_o of_o all_o by_o worthy_a receive_n we_o get_v all_o increase_n of_o incorporation_n with_o christ_n and_o among_o ourselves_o which_o be_v his_o member_n than_o which_o thing_n what_o more_o can_v be_v desire_v alas_o that_o man_n consider_v nothing_o at_o all_o how_o that_o the_o couple_v of_o christ_n body_n and_o blood_n to_o the_o sacrament_n be_v a_o spiritual_a thing_n and_o therefore_o there_o need_v no_o such_o carnal_a presence_n as_o the_o papist_n imagine_v who_o will_v deny_v a_o man_n wife_n to_o be_v with_o her_o husband_n one_o body_n and_o one_o flesh_n although_o he_o be_v at_o london_n and_o she_o at_o york_n but_o the_o papist_n be_v carnal_a man_n guide_v by_o carnal_a reason_n only_o or_o else_o will_v and_o by_o our_o handle_n also_o and_o therefore_o the_o sacrament_n full_a well_o may_v be_v call_v seeable_a sensible_a tasteable_a and_o touchable_a word_n as_o therefore_o when_o many_o window_n be_v open_v in_o a_o house_n the_o more_o light_a may_v come_v in_o then_o when_o there_o be_v but_o one_o open_v even_o so_o by_o the_o perception_n of_o the_o sacrament_n a_o christian_a man_n will_v never_o have_v cry_v out_o against_o they_o therefore_o for_o we_o say_v penance_n have_v three_o part_n contrition_n if_o you_o understand_v it_o for_o a_o hearty_a sorrow_n for_o sin_n confession_n if_o you_o understand_v it_o for_o faith_n of_o free_a pardon_n in_o god_n mercy_n by_o jesus_n christ_n &_o satisfaction_n if_o you_o understand_v it_o not_o to_o god-ward_n for_o that_o only_a to_o christ_n must_v be_v leave_v alone_o but_o to_o man_n ward_n in_o restitution_n of_o good_n wrongful_o or_o fraudulent_o get_v of_o name_n hinder_v by_o our_o slander_n and_o in_o newness_n of_o life_n although_o as_o i_o say_v before_o &_o anon_o will_v show_v more_o plain_o by_o god_n grace_n that_o this_o last_o be_v no_o part_n of_o penane_fw-la in_o deed_n but_o a_o plain_a effect_n or_o fruit_n of_o true_a penance_n i_o may_v here_o bring_v in_o example_n of_o their_o penance_n how_o perilous_a it_o be_v to_o be_v embrace_v but_o let_v the_o example_n of_o their_o grand_a sire_n judas_n serve_v in_o who_o we_o see_v all_o the_o part_n of_o their_o penance_n as_o they_o describe_v it_o and_o yet_o notwithstanding_o he_o be_v damn_v he_o be_v sorry_a enough_o as_o the_o effect_n show_v he_o have_v their_o contrition_n full_o out_o of_o the_o which_o he_o confess_v his_o fault_n say_v i_o have_v betray_v innocent_a blood_n and_o thereunto_o he_o only_o in_o heaven_n on_o the_o right_a hand_n of_o god_n the_o father_n almighty_a whether_o our_o faith_n in_o the_o use_n of_o the_o sacrament_n ascend_v and_o receive_v whole_a christ_n thing_n hope_v for_o and_o of_o thing_n which_o to_o the_o bodily_a sense_n do_v not_o appear_v be_v to_o make_v no_o presence_n at_o all_o or_o to_o make_v he_o none_o otherwise_o present_a than_o he_o be_v in_o his_o word_n when_o it_o be_v preach_v and_o therefore_o what_o need_v we_o to_o receive_v the_o sacrament_n in_o as_o much_o as_o by_o this_o doctrine_n a_o man_n may_v receive_v he_o daily_o in_o the_o field_n as_o well_o and_o as_o much_o as_o in_o the_o church_n in_o the_o celebration_n and_o use_n of_o the_o sacrament_n so_o this_o objection_n i_o first_o answer_n that_o indeed_o neither_o the_o scripture_n nor_o christian_a faith_n will_v give_v we_o leave_v to_o make_v any_o carnal_a real_a natural_a corporal_a or_o any_o such_o gross_a presence_n of_o christ_n natural_a body_n in_o the_o sacrament_n for_o it_o be_v in_o heaven_n and_o the_o heaven_n must_v have_v it_o as_o say_v peter_n till_o christ_n come_v to_o judgement_n except_o we_o will_v deny_v the_o humanity_n of_o christ_n and_o the_o verity_n of_o man_n nature_n in_o he_o the_o presence_n therefore_o which_o we_o believe_v and_o confess_v be_v such_o a_o presence_n as_o reason_n know_v not_o and_o the_o world_n can_v learn_v nor_o any_o that_o look_v in_o this_o matter_n with_o other_o eye_n or_o hear_v with_o other_o ear_n then_o with_o the_o ear_n and_o eye_n of_o the_o spirit_n and_o of_o faith_n which_o faith_n though_o it_o be_v of_o thing_n hope_v for_o and_o so_o of_o thing_n absent_a to_o the_o corporal_a sense_n yet_o this_o absence_n be_v not_o a_o absence_n indeed_o but_o to_o reason_n and_o the_o old_a man_n the_o nature_n of_o faith_n be_v a_o possession_n of_o thing_n hope_v for_o therefore_o to_o grant_v a_o presence_n to_o faith_n be_v not_o to_o make_v no_o presence_n at_o all_o but_o to_o such_o as_o know_v not_o faith_n and_o this_o the_o father_n teach_v affirm_v christ_n to_o be_v present_a by_o grace_n and_o therefore_o not_o only_o a_o
