hand_n and_o that_o they_o have_v power_n also_o of_o ordination_n and_o imposition_n of_o hand_n it_o be_v likewise_o apparent_a out_o of_o the_o first_o epistle_n of_o paul_n to_o timothy_n the_o first_o chapter_n for_o the_o apostle_n speak_v to_o timothy_n say_v do_v not_o neglect_v the_o gift_n that_o be_v in_o thou_o which_o be_v give_v thou_o for_o prophesy_v by_o the_o imposition_n of_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o presbytery_n here_o also_o the_o presbyter_n have_v the_o right_n of_o imposition_n of_o hand_n and_o that_o they_o have_v the_o power_n of_o excommunication_n and_o be_v any_o difference_n between_o presbyter_n and_o the_o bishop_n of_o rome_n which_o he_o deny_v that_o then_o the_o presbyter_n in_o dignity_n and_o honour_n exceed_v and_o that_o great_o the_o bishop_n of_o rome_n and_o romish_a bishop_n for_o all_o these_o privilege_n of_o government_n ordination_n and_o excommunication_n be_v in_o formal_a word_n give_v unto_o the_o presbyter_n and_o no_o
