mutual_a contract_n and_o bargain_n both_o aâ—e_v put_v in_o one_o and_o complicate_v together_o seal_v with_o one_o seal_n and_o make_v use_v of_o for_o both_o these_o end_n the_o believer_n think_v himself_o sure_a of_o god_n promise_n and_o himself_o more_o secure_o engage_v to_o god_n and_o though_o this_o engage_v have_v no_o new_a promise_n wâ—th_v it_o yet_o thereby_o the_o more_o explicit_o be_v our_o duty_n bring_v forth_o and_o the_o promise_n more_o particular_o become_v we_o as_o for_o the_o four_o and_o last_o thing_n it_o be_v a_o right_a manner_n of_o act_v or_o a_o right_a way_n or_o suitable_a frame_n in_o our_o go_n about_o this_o ordinance_n which_o take_v in_o several_a thing_n as_o 1._o fear_v because_o it_o be_v a_o very_a difficult_a thing_n right_o to_o communicate_v and_o we_o have_v need_v to_o fear_v lest_o we_o mistake_v and_o miscarry_v 2._o distinctness_n and_o clearness_n which_o be_v a_o part_n of_o the_o result_n of_o self_n examination_n we_o will_v at_o least_o be_v so_o far_o clear_a in_o our_o condition_n as_o to_o know_v and_o be_v convince_v that_o the_o general_a strain_n of_o our_o way_n have_v not_o be_v right_a as_o it_o shall_v have_v be_v by_o very_o far_o when_o we_o can_v so_o well_o find_v ouâ—_n and_o condescend_v upon_o he_o particular_a evil_n that_o we_o have_v be_v give_v to_o or_o have_v do_v and_o though_o we_o know_v not_o all_o nor_o many_o of_o the_o particular_a promise_n of_o the_o covenant_n yet_o we_o will_v be_v clear_a in_o that_o general_n that_o in_o the_o covenant_n god_n make_v over_o himself_o a_o god_n all-sufficient_a to_o the_o believer_n three_o faith_n in_o and_o dependence_n on_o god_n for_o preparation_n and_o for_o a_o suitable_a frame_n for_o gain_v new_a ground_n of_o corruption_n for_o more_o humility_n and_o tenderness_n for_o more_o through_o turn_v to_o the_o lord_n convert_v i_o say_v ephraim_n jer._n 31._o and_o i_o shall_v be_v convert_v there_o will_v be_v many_o serious_n and_o sincere_a resolution_n engagement_n and_o purpose_n and_o much_o heart-melting_a and_o prayer_n in_o the_o make_n of_o they_o as_o it_o be_v with_o israel_n and_o judah_n jer._n 50.5_o who_o great_a desire_n and_o design_n be_v to_o have_v the_o covenant_n betwixt_o god_n and_o they_o so_o secure_v that_o it_o may_v hold_v perpetual_o and_o never_o any_o more_o be_v forget_v they_o desire_v to_o keep_v as_o we_o use_v to_o speak_v no_o bank_n in_o their_o own_o hand_n they_o allow_v of_o no_o reservation_n or_o exception_n and_o they_o go_v about_o this_o great_a work_n pray_v and_o weep_v this_o be_v a_o sweet_a and_o suitable_a frame_n for_o a_o communion_n and_o notable_o well_o become_v a_o people_n that_o approach_v to_o the_o lord_n table_n and_o we_o serious_o commend_v it_o to_o you_o and_o you_o to_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n in_o the_o practice_n of_o these_o thing_n which_o his_o own_o bless_a self_n make_v forthcoming_a to_o you_o a_o preparation_n sermon_n for_o the_o communion_n on_o 1_o cor._n 11.29_o not_o discern_v the_o lord_n body_n it_o be_v a_o very_a great_a and_o grave_a a_o very_a momentous_a and_o concern_v work_n right_o to_o partake_v of_o the_o sacrament_n of_o the_o lord_n supper_n it_o have_v as_o many_o and_o great_a advantage_n attend_v the_o due_a and_o worthy_a participation_n thereof_o and_o as_o many_o sad_a consequence_n follow_v the_o unworthy_a participation_n of_o it_o as_o any_o other_o of_o all_o the_o ordinance_n of_o christ_n have_v and_o therefore_o when_o the_o apostle_n have_v sharp_o expostulate_v with_o the_o christ_n a_o corinthian_n for_o several_a abuse_n in_o reference_n to_o this_o ordinance_n he_o proceed_v after_o a_o full_a declaration_n of_o its_o institution_n to_o worthy_a communicant_a and_o that_o be_v right_o to_o discern_v the_o lord_n body_n so_o hold_v forth_o the_o three_o be_v the_o great_a sin_n that_o unworthy_a communicant_n fall_v into_o and_o little_a further_o we_o shall_v first_o premit_fw-la a_o two_o fold_v distinction_n and_o then_o second_o answer_v a_o few_o question_n that_o serve_v for_o clear_v the_o doctrine_n and_o for_o
