whereof_o the_o word_n be_v the_o foundation_n much_o less_o also_o have_v they_o any_o knowledge_n of_o the_o remission_n and_o satisfaction_n of_o their_o sin_n in_o the_o blood_n of_o christ_n 10.17_o rom._n 14._o 25_o &_o 10.17_o and_o therefore_o all_o their_o sin_n do_v remain_v and_o shall_v be_v impute_v unto_o they_o to_o be_v in_o the_o day_n of_o judgement_n most_o horrible_o and_o eternal_o punish_v if_o they_o then_o that_o never_o hear_v this_o prophet_n shall_v be_v just_o punish_v in_o eternal_a fire_n what_o judgement_n and_o vengeance_n be_v they_o to_o expect_v for_o their_o ingratitude_n and_o rebellion_n that_o hear_v this_o prophet_n and_o by_o he_o either_o by_o read_v or_o hear_v his_o word_n do_v understand_v the_o will_n of_o god_n and_o yet_o do_v make_v no_o care_n of_o amendment_n of_o life_n by_o obey_v the_o will_n of_o god_n unto_o they_o reveal_v 12.47_o luke_n 12.47_o and_o by_o they_o know_v the_o servant_n say_v jesus_n christ_n that_o have_v know_v his_o master_n will_v and_o have_v not_o do_v it_o shall_v be_v punish_v much_o more_o grievous_o than_o he_o that_o never_o know_v it_o and_o sure_o the_o sin_n commit_v by_o those_o that_o know_v the_o will_n of_o god_n be_v not_o only_a transgression_n against_o the_o law_n but_o also_o contempt_n &_o misprision_n against_o the_o majesty_n of_o god_n and_o in_o that_o regard_n do_v jesus_n christ_n denounce_v against_o many_o town_n wherein_o the_o gospel_n be_v preach_v a_o more_o horrible_a and_o terrible_a judgement_n than_o against_o sodom_n gomorrha_n and_o other_o town_n that_o hear_v the_o word_n of_o the_o lord_n see_v therefore_o that_o this_o word_n 10.15_o math._n 10.15_o to_o we_o address_v by_o this_o prophet_n jesus_n christ_n do_v tend_v to_o illuminate_v and_o to_o exhort_v we_o to_o amendment_n of_o life_n let_v this_o office_n and_o name_n of_o prophet_n attribute_v to_o jesus_n christ_n make_v we_o to_o remember_v our_o bond_n and_o duty_n whereby_o we_o be_v bind_v to_o amend_v and_o to_o yield_v obedience_n unto_o all_o that_o our_o prophet_n christ_n do_v teach_v ordain_v and_o command_v as_o be_v assure_v that_o as_o they_o that_o will_v not_o hear_v this_o prophet_n to_o obey_v he_o shall_v be_v root_v out_o so_o contrariwise_o they_o that_o shall_v hear_v and_o obey_v he_o shall_v by_o the_o path_n of_o good_a work_n proceed_v of_o faith_n apprehend_v the_o justice_n of_o christ_n attain_v to_o the_o fruition_n of_o life_n everlasting_a in_o this_o sort_n must_v these_o two_o name_n and_o title_n jesus_n and_o christ_n serve_v to_o make_v we_o to_o feel_v our_o bond_n and_o duty_n and_o to_o inflame_v our_o affection_n to_o amend_v all_o the_o day_n of_o our_o life_n the_o seven_o cause_n of_o amendment_n gather_v of_o the_o signification_n of_o this_o word_n amend_v chap._n 7._o in_o the_o first_o chapter_n of_o the_o first_o book_n we_o have_v declare_v that_o the_o holy_a ghost_n command_v we_o to_o amend_v do_v ordinary_o use_v two_o word_n
