to_o the_o reproach_n and_o infamy_n of_o other_o but_o much_o rather_o to_o have_v a_o good_a opynyon_n of_o our_o neighbour_n and_o to_o speak_v word_n to_o their_o praise_n and_o to_o the_o mayntenaunce_n of_o their_o good_a fame_n and_o honest_a estymation_n so_o far_o forth_o as_o the_o truth_n will_v bear_v us._n ¶_o the_o minister_n sunday_n 31_o let_v we_o come_v now_o to_o the_o last_o commandment_n ¶_o the_o child_n commandment_n the_o ten_o commandment_n thou_o shall_v not_o desire_v thy_o neighbour_n house_n thou_o shall_v not_o desire_v thy_o neighbour_n wife_n nor_o his_o servant_n nor_o his_o maid_n nor_o his_o ox_n nor_o ass_n neither_o any_o thing_n that_o be_v thy_o neighbour_n ¶_o the_o minister_n see_v the_o whole_a law_n be_v spiritual_a and_o require_v pureness_n of_o the_o hart_n as_o thou_o have_v say_v and_o forsomuche_o as_o every_o one_o of_o the_o other_o afore_o say_v commandment_n be_v ordain_v aswell_o to_o correct_v and_o amend_v the_o naughtye_a rebellyous_a affection_n of_o the_o heart_n as_o to_o rule_v &_o govern_v the_o outward_a do_n of_o man_n it_o appear_v that_o this_o commandment_n be_v superfluous_a and_o that_o there_o be_v enough_o say_v before_o ¶_o the_o child_n in_o the_o above_o rehearse_v commandment_n god_n forbid_v all_o willing_n or_o consenting_a to_o do_v evil_a mind_v thereby_o to_o bridle_n and_o suppress_v all_o root_a affection_n or_o deliberate_a purpose_n of_o naughtiness_n but_o here_o in_o this_o he_o utterlye_o inhybit_v all_o evyll_n thought_n light_n motion_n sudden_a affection_n yea_o though_o we_o never_o full_o purpose_v they_o neither_o endevoure_n ourselves_o or_o consent_v wyllyng_o to_o do_v they_o ¶_o the_o minister_n say_v thou_o then_o that_o the_o jest_n motion_n or_o temptation_n that_o can_v entre_fw-fr into_o the_o thought_n of_o a_o faithful_a man_n be_v sin_n though_o he_o utter_o refuse_v it_o strive_v against_o it_o and_o will_v not_o by_o any_o mean_n consent_v unto_o it_o ¶_o the_o child_n yea_o very_o for_o this_o be_v certain_a that_o all_o wanton_a thought_n and_o motion_n of_o evyll_n sin_n every_o evyll_n motion_n be_v a_o sin_n do_v proceade_v and_o spring_v out_o of_o the_o orygynall_a sin_n which_o contynu_v still_o in_o we_o by_o nature_n whereof_o i_o conclude_v that_o lust_n or_o motion_n which_o do_v kendle_n or_o stir_v up_o man_n heart_n to_o do_v amiss_o though_o he_o never_o purpose_v or_o consent_v to_o do_v the_o thing_n be_v nevertheless_o direct_o against_o this_o commandment_n ¶_o the_o minister_n this_o be_v then_o bryefe_o thy_o sayinge_v that_o even_o as_o lust_n or_o desire_n of_o evyll_n which_o have_v so_o far_o prevayl_v that_o the_o will_n be_v consenting_a &_o full_o agree_v upon_o the_o same_o be_v reprove_v as_o sin_n in_o the_o former_a commandment_n even_o so_o by_o this_o commandment_n god_n require_v of_o we_o such_o a_o upryghte_a clearness_n of_o conscyence_n that_o there_o may_v not_o so_o much_o as_o one_o evyll_n motion_n or_o desire_v once_o enter_v into_o our_o heart_n the_o which_o may_v enclyne_v or_o provoke_v we_o to_o do_v amiss_o ¶_o the_o child_n you_o have_v say_v all_o ¶_o the_o minister_n may_v we_o not_o now_o make_v a_o brief_a some_o and_o
