may_v with_o more_o hope_n of_o prevail_a enter_n into_o this_o trial_n with_o they_o but_o the_o truth_n be_v that_o their_o difference_n be_v neither_o half_n so_o many_o nor_o half_a so_o great_a as_o those_o that_o be_v among_o the_o prelate_n 11._o opposition_n either_o their_o proposition_n be_v false_a and_o sufficient_o confute_v by_o their_o own_o practice_n or_o if_o they_o be_v true_a then_o why_o do_v they_o joint_a to_o our_o church_n which_o be_v govern_v by_o the_o prelate_n why_o do_v they_o desire_v to_o execute_v a_o public_a ministry_n under_o they_o why_o do_v they_o not_o much_o sin_n in_o approve_v by_o conformity_n and_o subscription_n the_o jurisdiction_n of_o prelate_n they_o think_v it_o not_o just_o whole_o to_o separate_v from_o they_o and_o their_o ministry_n but_o be_v content_a though_o with_o some_o grief_n and_o sorrow_n so_o far_o forth_o to_o join_v with_o they_o in_o the_o worship_n of_o god_n as_o they_o can_v without_o their_o personal_a communion_n with_o they_o in_o those_o corruption_n which_o in_o their_o weakness_n they_o yield_v unto_o 3._o if_o the_o prelate_n shall_v still_o hold_v the_o thing_n in_o question_n in_o such_o sort_n as_o of_o late_o they_o have_v do_v &_o shall_v urge_v they_o so_o hot_o as_o they_o begin_v both_o the_o minister_n &_o many_o of_o the_o people_n will_v be_v force_v to_o leave_v their_o ordinary_a stand_n in_o these_o church_n in_o which_o regard_n they_o humble_o pray_v that_o they_o may_v be_v exempt_v from_o the_o prelate_n &_o may_v have_v liberty_n grant_v unto_o they_o by_o the_o king_n to_o serve_v god_n according_a to_o his_o own_o will_n reveal_v in_o his_o word_n without_o any_o humane_a tradition_n as_o for_o that_o public_a ministry_n derive_v from_o the_o that_o there_o be_v little_a or_o no_o comfort_n to_o be_v have_v in_o the_o exercise_v of_o such_o a_o ministry_n as_o hitherto_o they_o have_v enjoy_v they_o be_v bold_a to_o make_v their_o humble_a suit_n to_o his_o majesty_n that_o they_o may_v be_v free_v from_o the_o prelate_n usurpation_n over_o they_o and_o may_v be_v under_o the_o guidance_n &_o censure_n of_o the_o civil_a magistrate_n unless_o by_o such_o a_o indifferent_a trial_n as_o be_v here_o offer_v the_o prelate_n shall_v justify_v their_o calling_n and_o course_n to_o be_v of_o god_n 12._o opposition_n a_o vain_a thing_n not_o satisfy_v they_o to_o give_v they_o leave_v to_o condenne_v they_o of_o error_n which_o will_v be_v a_o judgement_n heavy_a enough_o to_o they_o if_o notwithstanding_o they_o shall_v still_o the_o law_n be_v open_a so_o that_o in_o this_o case_n there_o need_v no_o definitive_a sentence_n of_o a_o judge_n it_o both_o side_n rest_v unsatisfied_a and_o continue_v persuade_v still_o that_o forth_o any_o person_n or_o person_n to_o who_o it_o be_v meet_v to_o commit_v the_o absolute_a determination_n of_o so_o great_a a_o cause_n it_o be_v very_o unjust_a and_o unequal_a to_o bind_v the_o minister_n to_o stand_v to_o the_o judgement_n of_o those_o that_o be_v partial_a 4._o it_o be_v needle_n to_o name_n judge_n his_o majesty_n the_o civil_a magistrate_n under_o he_o and_o the_o
