latter_a be_v to_o be_v perform_v only_o in_o the_o eucharist_n this_o i_o say_v do_v not_o follow_v unless_o it_o can_v be_v prove_v that_o he_o promise_v in_o those_o word_n to_o give_v we_o his_o natural_a flesh_n to_o be_v eat_v proper_o in_o the_o eucharist_n which_o i_o have_v show_v be_v impossible_a to_o be_v prove_v from_o hence_o still_o therefore_o we_o be_v to_o understand_v not_o a_o so_o give_v shall_v afford_v will_v be_v give_v evermore_o not_o only_o in_o the_o eucharist_n but_o in_o the_o whole_a ministration_n of_o the_o gospel_n which_o hold_v forth_o the_o death_n of_o christ_n
same_o word_n the_o word_n that_o i_o speak_v unto_o you_o they_o be_v life_n or_o the_o word_n of_o eternal_a life_n as_o if_o st._n peter_n have_v say_v we_o do_v not_o understand_v thou_o in_o wealth_n or_o solicitous_a for_o food_n he_o call_v himself_o sometime_o and_o sometime_o his_o doctrine_n and_o their_o receive_n of_o it_o liberty_n life_n and_o treasure_n and_o meat_n and_o drink_v as_o occasion_v require_v and_o this_o to_o let_v they_o understand_v that_o there_o be_v a_o more_o real_a good_a to_o be_v find_v in_o faith_n and_o piety_n than_o in_o these_o or_o any_o other_o kind_n of_o worldly_a advantage_n and_o that_o whatever_o reason_n they_o have_v to_o be_v concern_v for_o these_o transitory_a enjoyment_n they_o have_v much_o more_o to_o be_v careful_a in_o receive_v as_o they_o ought_v those_o spiritual_a good_a thing_n which_o he_o come_v to_o confer_v upon_o they_o if_o therefore_o we_o will_v suffer_v ourselves_o to_o be_v instruct_v by_o such_o passage_n as_o these_o be_v most_o of_o we_o i_o fear_v may_v learn_v from_o our_o concern_v about_o the_o thing_n of_o this_o world_n to_o be_v ashamed_a of_o our_o remissness_n in_o provide_v for_o a_o better_a and_o all_o of_o we_o shall_v learn_v to_o reflect_v very_o often_o upon_o matter_n of_o great_a concernment_n when_o we_o be_v engage_v even_o in_o the_o honest_a design_n of_o this_o life_n and_o pursue_v the_o lawful_a business_n thereof_o and_o so_o we_o shall_v in_o some_o measure_n preach_v to_o ourselves_o as_o christ_n once_o do_v to_o his_o hearer_n when_o he_o be_v upon_o earth_n and_o we_o shall_v not_o think_v that_o the_o jew_n only_o have_v need_n of_o this_o kind_n of_o instruction_n who_o i_o confess_v have_v be_v educate_v under_o a_o law_n that_o promise_v little_a else_o beside_o temporal_a advantage_n to_o those_o that_o observe_v it_o but_o that_o we_o ourselves_o who_o know_v the_o great_a blessing_n promise_v in_o the_o gospel_n to_o be_v spiritual_a and_o eternal_a stand_v in_o need_n also_o of_o such_o admonition_n as_o these_o be_v for_o the_o care_n of_o this_o world_n and_o the_o love_n of_o its_o riches_n and_o pleasure_n and_o honour_n be_v as_o apt_a to_o take_v hold_n of_o we_o as_o they_o be_v of_o the_o jew_n if_o we_o do_v not_o take_v pain_n to_o affect_v ourselves_o deep_o with_o that_o truth_n concern_v another_o life_n which_o our_o lord_n jesus_n have_v reveal_v and_o to_o the_o belief_n of_o which_o we_o have_v be_v educate_v in_o his_o church_n and_o if_o we_o have_v less_o prejudice_n against_o these_o doctrine_n than_o the_o jew_n have_v and_o yet_o be_v swallow_v up_o with_o this_o world_n as_o much_o as_o they_o be_v we_o be_v but_o the_o more_o inexcusable_a so_o that_o undoubted_o the_o advantage_n we_o have_v over_o they_o shall_v make_v we_o the_o more_o concern_v to_o lay_v these_o thing_n to_o heart_n because_o we_o be_v so_o much_o the_o more_o to_o blame_v if_o know_v these_o thing_n almost_o from_o our_o infancy_n we_o do_v not_o practice_v according_o nay_o when_o the_o profession_n of_o the_o true_a faith_n do_v bring_v in_o worldly_a advantage_n there_o seem_v to_o be_v as_o much_o if_o not_o more_o reason_n to_o reflect_v in_o this_o manner_n upon_o ourselves_o as_o when_o nothing_o be_v to_o be_v get_v by_o it_o in_o this_o world_n but_o the_o loss_n of_o reward_n which_o he_o have_v promise_v but_o that_o by_o set_v our_o heart_n inordinate_o upon_o that_o worldly_a ease_n and_o profit_n which_o we_o enjoy_v by_o the_o profession_n of_o true_a christianity_n we_o be_v in_o the_o way_n of_o lose_v that_o fruit_n thereof_o which_o will_v last_v for_o ever_o and_o the_o hope_n of_o which_o be_v all_o that_o our_o lord_n use_v to_o invite_v man_n to_o become_v his_o disciple_n if_o we_o follow_v christ_n for_o the_o loaf_n we_o shall_v forsake_v he_o when_o we_o find_v ourselves_o disappoint_v as_o the_o jew_n at_o capernaum_n do_v and_o not_o not_o only_o render_v the_o meaning_n of_o this_o chapter_n very_o plain_a but_o the_o read_n of_o it_o if_o we_o shall_v read_v it_o every_o day_n we_o live_v very_o useful_a to_o we_o and_o
