consult_v and_o confederate_a and_o even_o make_v war_n against_o the_o lord_n and_o his_o christ_n and_o now_o o_o england_n thou_o aâ—t_fw-la make_v a_o great_a preparation_n for_o war_n but_o of_o who_o have_v thou_o take_v council_n of_o the_o lord_n from_o his_o mouth_n have_v thou_o consult_v his_o oracle_n his_o word_n if_o not_o what_o ever_o other_o council_n thou_o take_v or_o follow_v it_o be_v but_o such_o whereof_o david_n thus_o speak_v *_o 11._o the_o lord_n bring_v the_o council_n of_o the_o heathen_a to_o nought_o be_v make_v the_o device_n of_o the_o people_n of_o none_o effect_n and_o cast_v out_o the_o counsel_n of_o prince_n the_o council_n of_o the_o lord_n stand_v for_o ever_o the_o thought_n of_o his_o heart_n to_o all_o generation_n and_o ‡_o 17._o there_o be_v no_o king_n save_v by_o the_o multitude_n of_o a_o host_n a_o mighty_a man_n be_v not_o deliver_v by_o much_o strength_n a_o horse_n be_v a_o vain_a thing_n for_o safety_n neither_o shall_v be_v as_o it_o will_v bear_v any_o consultation_n or_o communion_n with_o god_n so_o as_o thou_o may_v with_o a_o good_a heart_n and_o conscience_n seek_v unto_o god_n to_o maintain_v thy_o cause_n and_o for_o what_o ever_o cause_n thou_o indende_v thy_o war_n or_o against_o who_o sure_o the_o cause_n be_v public_a and_o so_o concerning_o the_o whole_a land_n such_o a_o seek_n of_o god_n be_v require_v as_o be_v solemn_a public_a and_o universal_a and_o we_o be_v sure_a that_o as_o yet_o o_o england_n thou_o have_v not_o seek_v god_n for_o the_o good_a speed_n of_o this_o thy_o great_a and_o warlike_a preparation_n and_o then_o what_o good_a issue_n can_v thou_o expect_v for_o but_o thou_o will_v say_v how_o shall_v i_o seek_v counsel_n and_o help_v of_o god_n for_o this_o i_o will_v propound_v but_o one_o example_n the_o whole_a tribe_n of_o benjamin_n stand_v up_o in_o maintenance_n of_o a_o most_o wicked_a and_o prodigious_a fact_n as_o that_o towards_o the_o levite_n wife_n he_o send_v she_o be_v dead_a in_o 12_o piece_n to_o all_o the_o tribe_n of_o israel_n who_o abhor_v such_o a_o fact_n first_o send_v to_o their_o brethren_n the_o benjamite_n to_o punish_v i_o yet_o again_o go_v to_o battle_n against_o benjamin_n or_o shall_v i_o cease_v the_o lord_n answer_v they_o the_o three_o time_n go_v up_o for_o to_o morrow_n i_o will_v deliver_v they_o into_o
