power_n direct_o into_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o person_n that_o shall_v manage_v it_o then_o by_o such_o long_a deviation_n first_o to_o give_v it_o to_o the_o people_n that_o the_o people_n may_v give_v it_o to_o the_o prince_n that_o the_o prince_n may_v again_o give_v and_o make_v use_n of_o it_o unto_o and_o upon_o the_o people_n and_o all_o to_o no_o other_o end_n but_o by_o this_o it_o not_o say_v they_o from_o the_o different_a stipulation_n with_o their_o people_n at_o their_o coronation_n and_o election_n when_o by_o they_o they_o be_v tie_v to_o the_o observation_n of_o
