say_v for_o they_o as_o a_o evidence_n or_o demonstration_n thereof_o and_o that_o this_o be_v no_o more_o than_o what_o the_o true_a primitive_a church_n have_v and_o can_v and_o do_v on_o all_o necessary_a occasion_n visible_o produce_v and_o demonstrate_v now_o what_o do_v the_o quibbler_n answer_v to_o all_o this_o he_o say_v nothing_o but_o what_o the_o baptist_n can_v or_o do_v say_v that_o they_o have_v a_o record_n in_o heaven_n and_o in_o many_o conscience_n also_o and_o that_o they_o doubt_v not_o but_o where_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n live_v and_o rule_v it_o will_v manifest_v itself_o for_o it_o be_v self-evidencing_a then_o by_o that_o rule_n the_o quaker_n shall_v not_o have_v the_o spirit_n of_o god_n at_o best_a no_o more_o than_o other_o have_v because_o produce_v the_o testimony_n and_o power_n of_o god_n do_v they_o not_o do_v it_o before_o all_o and_o in_o the_o presence_n of_o envious_a and_o malicious_a spirit_n as_o well_o as_o other_o and_o leave_v they_o to_o judge_n as_o it_o have_v operation_n upon_o they_o and_o 2._o may_v not_o the_o baptist_n say_v so_o and_o make_v this_o proviso_n as_o well_o as_o you_o that_o they_o will_v not_o admit_v of_o prejudice_v and_o envious_a spirit_n to_o be_v their_o judge_n or_o witness_n in_o these_o matter_n and_o then_o no_o doubt_n they_o will_v be_v able_a to_o produce_v as_o many_o such_o effect_n as_o the_o quaker_n oh_o silly_a and_o absurd_a but_o 3._o well_o g._n produce_v those_o effect_n and_o that_o power_n thou_o talk_v of_o in_o w.p._n however_o and_o i_o be_o content_v with_o thou_o for_o this_o time_n that_o you_o shall_v not_o admit_v of_o envious_a or_o prejudice_v spirit_n to_o judge_n of_o it_o but_o produce_v it_o that_o other_o may_v behold_v it_o though_o not_o judge_n of_o it_o or_o will_v thou_o say_v that_o there_o be_v not_o one_o person_n in_o all_o england_n except_o quaker_n but_o what_o be_v envious_a and_o prejudice_v spirit_n poor_a evasion_n 12._o and_o what_o then_o the_o baptist_n may_v tell_v you_o that_o if_o the_o quaker_n see_v no_o such_o thing_n among_o they_o as_o the_o bless_a operation_n and_o effect_n of_o the_o power_n and_o healing_n tongue_n etc._n etc._n when_o beside_o the_o gift_n of_o infallibility_n be_v one_o of_o the_o matter_n in_o question_n for_o the_o same_o text_n that_o say_v tongue_n shall_v cease_v and_o knowledge_n vanish_v first_o mention_n that_o prophecy_n shall_v fail_v 1_o cor._n 13.8_o and_o that_o in_o the_o plural_a number_n sect._n 2._o and_o whereas_o g._n say_v if_o he_o can_v speak_v be_v peculiar_a to_o the_o primitive_a time_n and_o what_o be_v to_o continue_v and_o none_o but_o such_o and_o such_o as_o he_o say_v oh_o rare_a be_v not_o this_o abundant_o more_o arrogant_a than_o
