thing_n turn_v round_o with_o they_o §_o 5._o 2._o but_o suppose_v i_o can_v understand_v all_o what_o this_o particular_a divine_a revelation_n mean_v into_o which_o this_o divine_a faith_n must_v be_v resolve_v why_o may_v not_o one_o particular_a way_n serve_v all_o mankind_n for_o it_o must_v there_o be_v several_a and_o all_o equal_a foundation_n of_o divine_a faith_n i_o can_v easy_o satisfy_v myself_o of_o the_o reason_n of_o assert_v itâ—_n but_o not_o of_o the_o reason_n of_o the_o thing_n in_o this_o way_n of_o resolve_v faith_n the_o true_a reason_n of_o asseâ—ting_v it_o be_v the_o plain_a evidence_n that_o many_o person_n have_v a_o true_a divine_a faith_n without_o know_v any_o thing_n of_o the_o church_n infallibility_n this_o make_v some_o man_n in_o the_o church_n
of_o rome_n confess_v that_o it_o be_v not_o always_o necessary_a but_o least_o on_o the_o other_o side_n they_o shall_v seem_v hereby_o to_o forego_v the_o palladium_n of_o that_o church_n they_o resolve_v their_o faith_n into_o the_o church_n infallibility_n yet_o he_o do_v suppose_v â—hat_n some_o man_n may_v do_v it_o well_o then_o we_o will_v put_v the_o case_n that_o any_o one_o person_n do_v reâ—olve_v his_o faith_n concern_v god_n revelation_n â—nto_o the_o church_n infallibility_n as_o the_o ground_n of_o his_o divine_a faith_n i_o desire_v to_o be_v inform_v by_o this_o worthy_a one_o of_o the_o thing_n to_o be_v believe_v as_o reveal_v by_o god_n and_o therefore_o can_v be_v the_o ground_n of_o faith_n to_o any_o and_o will_v not_o this_o reason_n exclude_v any_o one_o person_n from_o do_v it_o that_o resolve_v his_o faith_n as_o he_o ought_v to_o do_v so_o that_o if_o this_o hold_n in_o any_o one_o be_v draw_v from_o the_o reason_n of_o the_o thing_n and_o not_o from_o the_o circumstance_n of_o person_n it_o must_v equal_o hold_v against_o all_o person_n and_o consequent_o no_o one_o person_n can_v reasonable_o establish_v his_o faith_n as_o to_o god_n revelation_n upon_o the_o church_n infallibility_n §_o 6._o 3._o i_o be_o far_o from_o understand_v this_o way_n asnt_n of_o immediate_a asseâ—â—t_n to_o the_o divine_a revelation_n i_o grant_v the_o immediate_a yet_o there_o be_v the_o great_a and_o clear_a reason_n for_o it_o viz._n the_o evidence_n of_o the_o thing_n which_o make_v the_o understanding_n never_o hesitate_n or_o doubt_n but_o yield_v a_o firm_a assent_n upon_o the_o first_o apprehension_n and_o proportionable_a to_o the_o reason_n and_o evidence_n of_o the_o thing_n or_o of_o the_o motive_n incline_v to_o assent_v so_o be_v the_o readiness_n and_o firmness_n of_o it_o but_o to_o assert_v a_o assent_n in_o faith_n so_o immediate_a of_o which_o no_o motive_n or_o reason_n can_v be_v assign_v proportionable_a to_o it_o be_v a_o thing_n repugnant_a to_o the_o nature_n of_o our_o reasonable_a faculty_n and_o it_o be_v to_o make_v one_o of_o the_o noble_a act_n of_o our_o understanding_n a_o mere_a blind_a and_o brutish_a assent_n all_o that_o we_o inquire_v for_o be_v a_o sufficient_a reason_n to_o move_v our_o mind_n to_o believe_v in_o the_o act_n of_o divine_a faith_n which_o be_v see_v in_o all_o the_o
