he_o be_v godly_a not_o to_o regard_v the_o safeguard_n of_o the_o state_n but_o these_o two_o the_o magistrate_n and_o the_o minister_n so_o long_o as_o they_o shall_v be_v distract_v into_o part_n and_o as_o it_o be_v divorce_v in_o state_n the_o one_o from_o the_o other_o and_o shall_v not_o take_v sweet_a counsel_n together_o like_a friend_n or_o not_o communicate_v in_o consent_n for_o their_o common_a benefit_n they_o can_v but_o conceive_v diverse_a and_o doubtful_a surmise_n fond_a yea_o and_o some_o time_n false_a opinion_n of_o each_o other_o government_n the_o magistrate_n unfeigned_a friend_n no_o wonder_n though_o they_o dare_v hardly_o commit_v their_o cause_n and_o their_o credit_n themselves_o and_o their_o safety_n to_o such_o governor_n beside_o they_o be_v ignorant_a of_o the_o common_a counsel_n how_o shall_v they_o be_v good_a interpreter_n of_o such_o thing_n as_o be_v do_v in_o the_o commonwealth_n neither_o can_v such_o counsel_n be_v well_o communicate_v to_o the_o common_a people_n and_o yet_o reason_n will_v they_o shall_v see_v they_o be_v common_a if_o the_o state_n in_o the_o low-countries_n bring_v to_o low_a estate_n have_v their_o learned_a and_o reverend_a bishop_n in_o that_o estimation_n they_o ought_v to_o be_v in_o every_o well_o order_v state_n no_o doubt_n with_o their_o vigilancye_n and_o moderation_n they_o
