moses_n and_o which_o have_v the_o tradition_n and_o use_n only_o of_o the_o lively_a voice_n and_o that_o very_o imperfect_a and_o obscure_a notwithstanding_o i_o see_v not_o how_o the_o church_n be_v not_o in_o better_a case_n which_o be_v after_o moses_n even_o to_o the_o come_n of_o christ_n as_o have_v not_o only_o the_o use_n of_o tradition_n and_o of_o a_o livelie_a voice_n but_o also_o of_o the_o prophetical_a scripture_n as_o a_o light_n shine_v in_o a_o dark_a place_n a._n true_o that_o church_n have_v both_o that_o be_v both_o the_o sound_n of_o a_o lively_a voice_n and_o of_o the_o scripture_n and_o write_v word_n of_o god_n but_o neither_o perfect_a and_o absolute_a but_o this_o scripture_n which_o our_o church_n alone_o have_v contain_v a_o most_o full_a and_o plain_a revelation_n for_o even_o one_o form_n or_o manner_n and_o kind_n of_o revelation_n which_o be_v perfect_a and_o full_o must_v be_v more_o excellent_a then_o two_o which_o be_v both_o imperfect_a or_o which_o contain_v a_o imperfect_a revelation_n of_o the_o truth_n q._n but_o there_o be_v no_o man_n who_o will_v not_o say_v it_o be_v better_o with_o this_o our_o church_n if_o it_o have_v some_o livelie_a voice_n which_o in_o speak_v and_o answer_v to_o all_o controversy_n may_v not_o err_v a._n they_o have_v moses_n the_o ptophet_n and_o apostle_n that_o be_v the_o writing_n of_o moses_n of_o the_o prophet_n and_o of_o the_o apostle_n and_o those_o true_o not_o only_a sufficient_a but_o most_o perfect_a whence_o only_o if_o they_o can_v learn_v the_o truth_n by_o they_o and_o decide_v and_o end_v all_o controversy_n they_o will_v not_o be_v instruct_v with_o the_o lively_a voice_n of_o any_o extraordinary_a man_n howbeit_o as_o i_o have_v say_v before_o the_o lively_a voice_n be_v to_o continue_v only_o so_o long_o in_o the_o church_n as_o some_o thing_n be_v want_v to_o the_o full_a declaration_n of_o the_o mystery_n of_o christ_n so_o that_o if_o now_o there_o shall_v be_v any_o need_n of_o the_o lively_a voice_n either_o of_o god_n or_o of_o some_o extraordinary_a man_n in_o the_o church_n of_o christ_n that_o true_o shall_v plain_o argue_v that_o the_o revelation_n of_o the_o truth_n and_o mystery_n of_o christ_n be_v not_o perfect_a as_o yet_o nor_o accomplish_v q._n you_o conclude_v then_o that_o since_o the_o apostle_n time_n there_o have_v be_v no_o livelie_a voice_n hear_v in_o the_o church_n which_o can_v not_o err_v a._n yea_o true_o q._n why_o do_v a_o livelie_a voice_n not_o subject_a to_o error_n continue_v in_o the_o church_n all_o that_o because_o the_o visible_a church_n in_o all_o that_o time_n which_o be_v from_o adam_n to_o the_o apostle_n be_v both_o in_o place_n more_o straight_o as_o be_v shut_v up_o in_o one_o family_n or_o in_o one_o nation_n &_o be_v by_o reason_n of_o age_n weak_a or_o not_o so_o well_o grow_v for_o the_o church_n before_o christ_n if_o i_o may_v so_o speak_v be_v either_o as_o a_o child_n or_o as_o a_o young_a man_n q._n what_o then_o a._n the_o lively_a voice_n do_v more_o easy_o reach_v or_o extend_v itself_o to_o a_o church_n which_o be_v in_o place_n more_o straight_o and_o to_o the_o saint_n few_o in_o number_n &_o the_o church_n be_v as_o yet_o unexpert_a by_o reason_n of_o the_o age_n of_o it_o and_o less_o grow_v have_v need_n of_o the_o lively_a voice_n of_o a_o teacher_n none_o otherwise_o then_o child_n have_v need_n of_o the_o lively_a voice_n of_o a_o master_n who_o as_o it_o be_v stammer_v with_o they_o but_o after_o the_o come_n of_o christ_n when_o the_o manifest_a still_o as_o pertain_v to_o the_o substance_n of_o it_o and_o so_o long_o as_o some_o thing_n remain_v to_o be_v more_o clear_o reveal_v so_o long_o a_o lively_a voice_n be_v to_o continue_v for_o every_o new_a revelation_n ought_v first_o to_o begin_v with_o a_o lively_a voice_n q._n see_v that_o the_o last_o and_o most_o full_a revelation_n be_v by_o the_o livelie_a voice_n of_o christ_n and_o his_o apostle_n have_v there_o ever_o since_o
