abroad_o be_v now_o a_o evangelist_n and_o that_o these_o prophet_n and_o evangelist_n be_v officer_n be_v plain_a ephes_n 4._o 11._o now_o can_v this_o writer_n find_v the_o time_n when_o they_o be_v put_v into_o office_n he_o will_v have_v philip_n and_o all_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o scatter_a christian_n to_o go_v from_o jerusalem_n private_a person_n philip_n but_o a_o deacon_n at_o most_o afterward_o we_o find_v some_o of_o they_o prophet_n some_o evangelist_n can_v it_o be_v prove_v they_o be_v not_o appoint_v to_o these_o function_n when_o they_o leave_v jerusalem_n it_o will_v be_v apostle_n send_v forth_o prophet_n and_o evangelist_n the_o apostle_n assistant_n in_o their_o extraordinary_a work_n to_o plant_v and_o gather_v church_n or_o to_o confirm_v they_o that_o be_v plant_v and_o to_o ordain_v pastor_n and_o teacher_n in_o settle_a church_n and_o how_o will_v it_o be_v prove_v that_o the_o apostle_n do_v not_o give_v authority_n to_o these_o man_n to_o preach_v the_o gospel_n as_o they_o go_v be_v there_o not_o need_v when_o the_o apostle_n themselves_o must_v stay_v at_o jerusalem_n v._o 1._o and_o the_o gospel_n must_v be_v preach_v abroad_o at_o the_o ghost_n be_v please_v the_o scripture_n shall_v be_v first_o write_v and_o in_o which_o for_o that_o cause_n no_o preacher_n can_v be_v unskilled_a but_o he_o be_v ea_fw-la parte_fw-la claudus_fw-la sensible_a thereof_o as_o a_o great_a defect_n with_o the_o welsh_a and_o irish_a tongue_n of_o least_o use_n and_o repute_n 2._o extraordinary_a prophet_n such_o as_o they_o 1._o cor._n 14._o and_o speak_v to_o every_o nation_n in_o their_o own_o language_n 3._o ordinary_a prophet_n pastor_n and_o doctor_n have_v need_n of_o the_o original_a tongue_n especial_o and_o the_o latin_a for_o the_o many_o book_n sake_n which_o that_o language_n be_v privilege_v with_o kno._n we_o see_v man_n to_o excel_v this_o way_n in_o preach_v though_o not_o endue_v with_o the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o tongue_n answ_n and_o we_o reverence_v those_o preacher_n which_o excel_v in_o preach_v though_o defective_a in_o the_o tongue_n and_o as_o much_o distaste_n those_o that_o despise_v thus_o the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o tongue_n speak_v evil_a of_o those_o thing_n they_o know_v not_o nor_o the_o use_n and_o worth_n of_o they_o and_o albeit_o i_o will_v not_o say_v as_o one_o impudentes_fw-la esse_fw-la theologos_fw-la erasm_n erasm_n qui_fw-la graecarum_fw-la &_o hebraicarum_fw-la literarum_fw-la imperiti_fw-la etc._n etc._n i._n they_o be_v impudent_a divine_n who_o be_v ignorant_a of_o preach_v and_o other_o thing_n for_o which_o they_o have_v no_o express_a word_n in_o scripture_n therefore_o they_o must_v either_o grant_v infant_n baptism_n and_o such_o other_o point_n contain_v in_o the_o scripture_n by_o good_a consequence_n or_o they_o must_v lay_v down_o layman_n preach_v and_o they_o must_v keep_v all_o woman_n from_o the_o sacrament_n of_o the_o lord_n supper_n until_o
