hand_n as_o unbaptise_v person_n than_o they_o have_v lay_v on_o of_o hand_n as_o baptize_v person_n but_o then_o they_o have_v not_o lay_v on_o of_o hand_n as_o unbaptised_a person_n for_o the_o text_n say_v they_o believe_v and_o be_v baptize_v and_o then_o they_o have_v hand_n lay_v on_o they_o so_o that_o the_o conclusion_n follow_v that_o they_o have_v lay_v on_o of_o hand_n as_o believer_n be_v to_o subject_a to_o the_o administration_n of_o it_o as_o baptize_v believer_n this_o be_v very_o clear_a as_o in_o both_o these_o scripture_n be_v make_v manifest_a the_o samaritan_n do_v not_o resist_v peter_n and_o john_n nor_o those_o certain_a disciple_n at_o ephesus_n paul_n which_o be_v a_o very_a clear_a demonstration_n that_o they_o be_v convince_v of_o the_o necessity_n example_n as_o we_o can_v and_o it_o be_v convenient_a we_o shall_v imitate_v will_v open_v a_o door_n for_o liberty_n but_o some_o will_v object_v and_o say_v example_n do_v bind_v because_o the_o apostle_n say_v so_o walk_v as_o you_o have_v we_o for_o a_o example_n answer_v if_o you_o look_v upon_o the_o forepart_n of_o these_o word_n you_o shall_v see_v a_o command_n in_o these_o two_o term_n so_o walk_v the_o follow_a word_n be_v doctrinal_a but_o i_o believe_v every_o rational_a man_n will_v grant_v that_o these_o word_n must_v be_v take_v restrictive_o only_a to_o follow_v they_o in_o such_o thing_n as_o we_o can_v and_o it_o be_v convenient_a we_o shall_v imitate_v they_o for_o if_o we_o shall_v take_v it_o general_o viz._n to_o follow_v they_o in_o all_o thing_n they_o have_v leave_v example_n than_o we_o must_v cast_v out_o devil_n heal_v the_o sick_a cleanse_v the_o leper_n circumcise_v with_o many_o other_o thing_n which_o either_o we_o can_v or_o else_o it_o be_v not_o convenient_a we_o shall_v follow_v they_o in_o but_o then_o say_v you_o ben._n well_o my_o friend_n be_v it_o then_o a_o truth_n and_o be_v it_o never_o repeal_v i_o mean_v lay_v on_o of_o yet_o have_v do_v nothing_o well-pleasing_a to_o his_o master_n from_o all_o which_o its_o clear_a that_o the_o endowment_n of_o nature_n together_o with_o the_o teach_n of_o god_n do_v full_o capaciate_a man_n both_o to_o begin_v and_o also_o to_o finish_v their_o duty_n and_o as_o for_o the_o other_o three_o end_n if_o the_o mean_v you_o use_v in_o order_n to_o the_o attain_n of_o they_o be_v command_v by_o god_n viz._n lay_v on_o of_o hand_n so_o as_o you_o practise_v it_o i_o shall_v not_o deny_v they_o but_o see_v lay_v on_o of_o hand_n so_o as_o you_o practise_v it_o be_v never_o command_v by_o god_n you_o do_v no_o more_o complete_a your_o subjection_n nor_o the_o order_n of_o it_o nor_o demonstrate_v love_n to_o jesus_n christ_n than_o they_o do_v who_o sprinkle_v infant_n affirm_v it_o to_o be_v the_o duty_n of_o all_o baptise_a believer_n or_o not_o nor_o what_o you_o have_v mean_v by_o the_o term_n as_o baptise_a believer_n but_o have_v hear_v you_o say_v that_o you_o now_o hold_v it_o not_o to_o be_v the_o duty_n of_o all_o baptise_a believer_n but_o only_o such_o as_o have_v faith_n in_o it_o and_o see_v you_o have_v former_o preach_v it_o to_o be_v the_o duty_n of_o all_o baptize_v believer_n i_o wonder_v you_o shall_v now_o confine_v it_o to_o some_o unless_o it_o be_v because_o you_o can_v prove_v the_o term_n all_o but_o you_o have_v as_o good_a for_o when_o man_n have_v do_v sin_v that_o doctrine_n which_o teach_v repentance_n shall_v cease_v and_o when_o we_o enjoy_v that_o by_o sense_n which_o we_o have_v now_o but_o by_o faith_n the_o doctrine_n which_o teach_v we_o to_o believe_v shall_v cease_v and_o when_o we_o have_v whole_o mortify_v the_o old_a man_n and_o be_v perfect_o rise_v to_o newness_n of_o life_n that_o doctrine_n which_o teach_v baptism_n shall_v cease_v and_o when_o the_o tyrant_n or_o oppressor_n be_v take_v off_o that_o doctrine_n which_o teach_v suffering_n from_o the_o hand_n of_o wicked_a man_n shall_v repentance_n faith_n baptism_n doctrine_n lay_v on_o of_o hand_n resurrection_n and_o eternal_a judgement_n and_o if_o the_o whole_a sum_n of_o these_o shall_v be_v the_o foundation_n and_o the_o by_o degree_n till_o he_o have_v perfect_v teach_v and_o so_o the_o practitioner_n also_o may_v leave_v the_o first_o step_n or_o degree_n of_o repentance_n faith_n &_o all_o the_o rest_n and_o go_v on_o to_o perfection_n in_o the_o remain_a degree_n of_o repentance_n with_o all_o the_o rest_n we_o can_v begin_v and_o perfect_a repentance_n faith_n nor_o any_o of_o the_o rest_n all_o at_o once_o for_o the_o teacher_n in_o his_o first_o sermon_n may_v either_o express_o or_o implicit_o in_o the_o virtue_n of_o they_o lay_v the_o first_o degree_n of_o all_o sort_n of_o teach_v as_o for_o instance_n mark_v 16.16_o there_o be_v a_o short_a sermon_n in_o these_o word_n he_o that_o believe_v and_o be_v baptise_a shall_v be_v save_v here_o may_v be_v say_v to_o be_v implicit_o the_o see_v what_o be_v here_o mean_v by_o leave_v the_o principle_n or_o foundation_n and_o what_o it_o be_v to_o go_v unto_o perfection_n viz._n to_o leave_v the_o beginning_n part_n of_o teach_v and_o practice_n and_o go_v on_o by_o degree_n towards_o perfection_n in_o both_o in_o the_o next_o place_n let_v we_o come_v to_o examine_v what_o sort_n or_o kind_n of_o subjection_n to_o lay_v on_o of_o hand_n be_v mean_v in_o heb._n 6.2_o that_o we_o mind_n the_o party_n speak_v to_o as_o subjector_n to_o and_o not_o administrator_n of_o lay_v on_o of_o hand_n i_o think_v it_o be_v grant_v on_o
