fall_v down_o before_o image_n creep_v to_o cross_n go_v in_o pilgrimage_n to_o the_o relic_n of_o saint_n put_v the_o only_a hope_n of_o their_o salvation_n in_o their_o good_a work_n and_o if_o that_o serve_v not_o they_o make_v account_v that_o the_o prayer_n of_o they_o that_o be_v live_v shall_v do_v they_o good_a after_o they_o be_v dead_a and_o release_v they_o be_v in_o torment_n they_o make_v their_o prayer_n unto_o saint_n and_o think_v by_o pardon_n and_o indulgence_n and_o such_o mean_n to_o have_v their_o sin_n forgive_v they_o be_v they_o never_o so_o many_o so_o great_a so_o heinous_a and_o so_o gréevous_a but_o when_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n do_v teach_v we_o instruct_v we_o and_o lighten_v our_o mind_n than_o all_o blind_a superstition_n and_o ungodly_a heresy_n vanish_v away_o at_o the_o trial_n of_o the_o truth_n even_o as_o the_o fog_n and_o mist_n do_v break_v away_o when_o the_o sun_n appear_v in_o his_o force_n and_o well_o may_v such_o false_a opinion_n vanish_v away_o because_o they_o be_v but_o vanity_n copper_n bear_v a_o show_n of_o gold_n and_o may_v be_v flourish_v over_o to_o deceive_v the_o eye_n of_o the_o simple_a but_o when_o it_o come_v to_o be_v try_v by_o the_o touchstone_n it_o appear_v to_o be_v a_o vain_a thing_n and_o a_o thing_n of_o no_o account_n in_o comparison_n of_o gold_n so_o all_o superstition_n and_o heresy_n may_v go_v for_o true_a religion_n in_o the_o mind_n of_o simple_a and_o ignorant_a people_n but_o when_o they_o come_v to_o the_o touchstone_n the_o true_a trial_n i_o mean_v the_o word_n of_o god_n then_o if_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n do_v work_n in_o our_o heart_n by_o the_o read_n and_o hear_v of_o the_o word_n than_o we_o begin_v to_o deny_v the_o ungodliness_n of_o false_a religion_n and_o daily_o more_o and_o more_o we_o grow_v in_o this_o grace_n and_o in_o the_o knowledge_n of_o his_o truth_n the_o ignorant_a mind_n of_o the_o heathen_a worship_v the_o sun_n the_o moon_n and_o the_o star_n when_o god_n grant_v they_o of_o his_o knowledge_n as_o no_o doubt_n god_n vouchsafe_v some_o they_o shall_v understand_v that_o the_o sun_n the_o moon_n and_o the_o star_n be_v but_o god_n creature_n and_o that_o there_o be_v a_o creator_n that_o make_v they_o and_o a_o redeemer_n that_o die_v for_o they_o for_o the_o mercy_n of_o god_n shall_v be_v preach_v throughout_o the_o world_n and_o then_o shall_v the_o end_n of_o the_o world_n come_v the_o turk_n although_o many_o of_o they_o and_o that_o the_o most_o part_n of_o they_o mock_v and_o scoff_n at_o time_n then_o to_o sound_v this_o alarm_n again_o vanity_n of_o vanity_n etc._n etc._n if_o we_o can_v hear_v how_o vehement_o and_o how_o pitiful_o solomon_n pronounce_v this_o outcry_n happy_o it_o will_v move_v we_o a_o little_a to_o hear_v how_o he_o do_v exclaim_v of_o his_o own_o life_n and_o condemn_v himself_o as_o it_o be_v by_o the_o sound_n of_o trumpet_n that_o all_o may_v hear_v for_o in_o three_o assertion_n as_o it_o be_v three_o witness_n to_o prove_v it_o all_o agree_v upon_o the_o same_o word_n but_o that_o the_o last_o be_v more_o plain_a and_o say_v that_o all_o be_v vanity_n that_o be_v that_o man_n be_v not_o only_o change_v and_o become_v vain_a but_o from_o the_o vanity_n of_o man_n as_o the_o apostle_n faith_n the_o creature_n be_v subject_a to_o vanity_n sin_n of_o sin_n a_o servant_n of_o servant_n these_o be_v scornful_a name_n to_o the_o world_n and_o homely_a title_n to_o give_v our_o pleasure_n to_o call_v they_o vanity_n of_o vanity_n and_o again_o vanity_n of_o vanity_n and_o yet_o again_o vanity_n and_o as_o though_o we_o will_v provoke_v they_o to_o fall_v out_o with_o we_o like_o a_o man_n that_o sharpen_v his_o enemy_n with_o taunt_n when_o he_o will_v egg_n he_o to_o fight_v he_o may_v have_v mollify_v his_o term_n before_o he_o condemn_v the_o world_n thrice_o but_o the_o world_n be_v no_o chaungling_n that_o solomon_n of_o a_o father_n to_o a_o child_n who_o while_o he_o beat_v weep_v over_o we_o as_o christ_n do_v over_o jerusalem_n for_o love_a affection_n his_o good_a will_n towards_o we_o be_v such_o and_o so_o great_a we_o be_v in_o the_o lord_n hand_n who_o in_o his_o good_a time_n will_v send_v joy_n what_o burden_n soever_o of_o sorrow_n he_o lie_v upon_o we_o in_o the_o mean_a time_n there_o be_v the_o hour_n of_o throe_n there_o be_v also_o the_o instant_n of_o deliverance_n the_o sorrow_n be_v not_o so_o great_a but_o the_o joy_n also_o excéecéede_v in_o greatness_n and_o what_o be_v the_o affliction_n and_o persecution_n of_o the_o godly_a in_o this_o world_n be_v not_o the_o continuance_n thereof_o compare_v to_o a_o moment_n which_o be_v afterward_o recompense_v with_o a_o eternal_a weight_n of_o glory_n if_o the_o time_n of_o her_o deliverance_n be_v long_o ere_o it_o come_v yet_o be_v not_o too_o long_o that_o come_v at_o last_o according_a to_o that_o we_o read_v pro._n 13._o 12._o the_o hope_n that_o be_v defer_v be_v the_o faint_a of_o the_o heart_n but_o when_o the_o desire_n come_v it_o be_v a_o tree_n of_o life_n the_o joy_n of_o the_o godly_a although_o they_o long_o wait_v for_o it_o yet_o when_o it_o be_v come_v it_o bring_v comfort_n enough_o even_o at_o the_o sudden_a change_n and_o at_o the_o very_a first_o taste_n thereof_o there_o be_v a_o great_a passion_n see_v the_o hand_n write_v on_o the_o wall_n his_o countenance_n change_v and_o the_o jointe_n of_o his_o loin_n be_v loose_v and_o his_o knee_n do_v smite_v one_o against_o the_o other_o likewise_o also_o king_n agag_n at_o the_o first_o think_v of_o joy_n that_o his_o life_n shall_v be_v preserve_v come_v forth_o pleasant_o and_o say_v true_o the_o bitterness_n of_o death_n be_v pass_v the_o very_a time_n of_o deliverance_n do_v bring_v with_o it_o the_o chief_a part_n of_o rejoice_v yea_o her_o rejoice_a be_v so_o great_a that_o present_o upon_o the_o feel_v of_o this_o joy_n all_o danger_n without_o the_o help_n of_o man_n god_n take_v the_o matter_n into_o his_o own_o hand_n the_o israelite_n deliver_v from_o the_o egyptian_n in_o the_o red_a sea_n for_o god_n give_v passage_n the_o three_o child_n in_o the_o fiery_a furnace_n for_o god_n send_v help_v only_o this_o be_v to_o be_v mark_v and_o to_o be_v amend_v that_o present_o upon_o joy_n we_o do_v not_o only_o forget_v all_o sorrow_n but_o also_o forget_v to_o give_v he_o thanks_n who_o be_v the_o author_n and_o sender_n of_o our_o joy_n be_v there_o not_o ten_o leper_n heal_v but_o where_o be_v the_o nine_o good_a reason_n it_o be_v that_o we_o be_v keep_v so_o long_o from_o joy_n because_o we_o be_v so_o forgetful_a to_o be_v thankful_a therefore_o the_o prophet_n moses_n deu._n 8._o 10._o forewarn_v the_o yea_o though_o we_o have_v know_v christ_n after_o the_o flesh_n yet_o now_o henceforth_o know_v we_o he_o no_o more_o our_o saviour_n christ_n when_o he_o depart_v from_o his_o apostle_n and_o be_v friend_n presence_n will_v move_v our_o heart_n but_o also_o the_o better_n of_o our_o estate_n shall_v cause_v we_o to_o undertake_v a_o long_a journey_n and_o that_o without_o wearisomenesse_n and_o faint_a and_o when_o we_o meet_v what_o kiss_v what_o joy_n what_o embrace_v you_o shall_v see_v i_o a_o while_n say_v christ_n and_o after_o a_o while_o you_o shall_v not_o see_v i_o for_o i_o go_v to_o the_o father_n therefore_o he_o put_v forth_o this_o parable_n a_o certain_a noble_a man_n go_v into_o a_o far_a country_n to_o receive_v for_o himself_o a_o kingdom_n and_o so_o to_o come_v again_o bring_v reward_n with_o he_o for_o they_o who_o by_o continuance_n in_o welldoing_a have_v fight_v for_o glory_n and_o honour_n and_o immortality_n and_o eternal_a life_n wherefore_o go_v you_o i_o go_v to_o prepare_v a_o place_n for_o you_o also_o as_o well_o as_o for_o my_o self_n and_o though_o i_o go_v to_o prepare_v a_o place_n for_o you_o i_o will_v come_v again_o and_o receive_v you_o unto_o myself_o that_o where_o i_o be_o there_o may_v you_o be_v also_o now_o though_o he_o be_v absent_a from_o we_o yet_o he_o remember_v we_o and_o send_v we_o many_o token_n of_o his_o love_n to_o put_v we_o in_o mind_n that_o we_o shall_v come_v to_o his_o sight_n to_o our_o great_a comfort_n which_o token_n be_v his_o gift_n and_o grace_n benefit_n and_o blessing_n daily_o pour_v upon_o us._n but_o of_o all_o token_n this_o be_v the_o sure_a that_o he_o have_v send_v his_o holy_a spirit_n into_o our_o heart_n to_o witness_v unto_o our_o spirtite_n that_o we_o be_v his_o child_n and_o shall_v also_o in_o time_n to_o come_v be_v heir_n of_o the_o kingdom_n who_o although_o we_o do_v not_o present_o see_v yet_o be_v we_o in_o good_a hope_n that_o we_o shall_v see_v and_o in_o the_o mean_a time_n we_o must_v with_o patience_n abide_v for_o it_o they_o shall_v see_v he_o which_o put_v he_o to_o death_n and_o pierce_v 39_o mat._n 23._o 39_o he_o through_o but_o it_o shall_v be_v little_a to_o their_o comfort_n but_o when_o we_o shall_v see_v he_o then_o shall_v our_o sorrow_n be_v turn_v into_o joy_n then_o shall_v we_o be_v catch_v up_o into_o the_o cloud_n up_o again_o with_o joy_n even_o at_o the_o sight_n of_o my_o presence_n in_o the_o sad_a and_o sorrowful_a winter_n all_o thing_n decay_v and_o come_v to_o nothing_o but_o when_o the_o joyful_a countenance_n of_o the_o sun_n at_o the_o spring_n time_n appear_v than_o every_o thing_n that_o lie_v dead_a and_o bury_v péer_v out_o of_o the_o ground_n and_o take_v heart_n and_o grow_v to_o strength_n and_o come_v to_o perfection_n so_o in_o the_o sorrowful_a day_n of_o this_o world_n the_o godly_a be_v abase_v but_o in_o the_o joyful_a time_n of_o deliverance_n when_o christ_n their_o only_a comforter_n shall_v appear_v in_o glory_n then_o shall_v their_o dead_a heart_n receive_v life_n and_o comfort_n and_o joy_n in_o respect_n whereof_o christ_n comfort_v his_o disciple_n say_v let_v not_o your_o heart_n be_v trouble_v confirm_v they_o by_o three_o reason_n the_o first_o from_o his_o love_n and_o the_o certainty_n of_o his_o promise_n you_o believe_v in_o god_n believe_v from_o the_o friendly_a care_n that_o he_o have_v to_o provide_v for_o his_o disciple_n and_o for_o all_o the_o godly_a in_o my_o father_n house_n be_v many_o dwelling_n place_n and_o i_o go_v to_o prepare_v a_o place_n for_o you_o even_o for_o every_o one_o of_o you_o and_o if_o it_o have_v not_o be_v so_o you_o shall_v have_v know_v it_o long_o ere_o this_o the_o three_o reason_n seem_v most_o forcible_a because_o of_o the_o performance_n and_o present_a and_o full_a possession_n of_o his_o promise_n when_o i_o have_v prepare_v then_o will_v i_o come_v again_o and_o establish_v every_o one_o of_o you_o in_o his_o everlasting_a habitation_n and_o receive_v you_o unto_o myself_o that_o where_o i_o be_o there_o may_v you_o be_v also_o all_o which_o reason_n be_v set_v down_o in_o the_o
