concern_v the_o observation_n of_o the_o time_n you_o shall_v begin_v with_o the_o patient_n in_o the_o morning_n at_o five_o of_o the_o clock_n give_v he_o then_o his_o medicine_n to_o drink_v which_o be_v do_v you_o shall_v cover_v he_o so_o warm_a that_o he_o may_v sweat_v very_o well_o he_o shall_v lie_v still_o and_o sweat_v at_o the_o least_o two_o hour_n if_o he_o be_v able_a to_o endure_v so_o long_o and_o you_o shall_v give_v he_o warm_v clean_a clothes_n to_o dry_v of_o the_o sweat_n from_o his_o body_n and_o you_o shall_v take_v away_o his_o wet_a shirt_n give_v he_o a_o dry_a one_o well_o warm_v to_o put_v on_o than_o he_o shall_v put_v on_o his_o clothes_n and_o sit_v by_o a_o good_a fire_n and_o make_v he_o ready_a and_o when_o he_o be_v ready_a let_v he_o walk_v up_o and_o down_o the_o chamber_n till_o eight_o of_o the_o clock_n and_o then_o he_o shall_v go_v to_o dinner_n he_o shall_v first_o sup_v of_o the_o broth_n with_o a_o little_a bread_n and_o then_o eat_v of_o the_o flesh_n as_o much_o as_o shall_v suffice_v he_o as_o be_v aforesaid_a after_o he_o have_v thus_o dine_v he_o shall_v walk_v uppe_o and_o down_o the_o chamber_n recreate_v himself_o with_o some_o pastime_n or_o other_o to_o drive_v away_o melancholy_a till_o about_o four_o of_o the_o clock_n in_o the_o afternoon_n and_o then_o he_o shall_v go_v to_o supper_n use_v himself_o as_o at_o dinner_n after_o which_o he_o shall_v fast_o till_o seven_o of_o the_o clock_n than_o he_o shall_v go_v to_o bed_v then_o give_v he_o of_o his_o drink_n as_o much_o as_o in_o the_o morning_n to_o wit_n at_o each_o time_n eight_o ounce_n whereupon_o you_o shall_v cause_v he_o to_o sweat_v dry_v the_o sweat_n from_o he_o as_o you_o do_v in_o the_o morning_n and_o principal_o you_o must_v dry_v his_o head_n well_o and_o his_o shirt_n which_o he_o put_v of_o in_o the_o morning_n you_o shall_v dry_v it_o very_o well_o and_o let_v he_o put_v it_o on_o again_o warm_a and_o then_o you_o shall_v make_v his_o bed_n with_o a_o pair_n of_o clean_a warm_a sheet_n and_o so_o let_v he_o go_v to_o bed_n and_o let_v he_o rest_v quiet_o till_o five_o of_o the_o clock_n the_o next_o morning_n and_o then_o you_o shall_v give_v he_o his_o drink_n use_v he_o in_o all_o thing_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a in_o this_o manner_n with_o sweat_v and_o diet_n you_o shall_v use_v all_o those_o which_o may_v
