whence_o it_o come_v that_o it_o move_v slow_o and_o with_o great_a intervall_n but_o to_o supply_v its_o negligence_n it_o every_o time_n very_o much_o open_v and_o extend_v it_o recompense_v its_o neglect_n by_o the_o greatness_n of_o its_o motion_n now_o because_o there_o must_v be_v always_o some_o vigour_n thus_o to_o open_v and_o extend_v that_o part_n when_o the_o violence_n of_o the_o passion_n have_v dissipate_v its_o force_n the_o motion_n of_o the_o heart_n must_v become_v weak_a and_o little_a and_o the_o necessity_n it_o have_v to_o move_v for_o the_o generation_n of_o also_o its_o swiftness_n and_o so_o become_v slow_a and_o rare_a and_o at_o last_o quite_o cease_v the_o same_o be_v do_v in_o the_o pulse_n and_o in_o respiration_n for_o they_o have_v the_o same_o custom_n and_o the_o same_o cause_n with_o the_o heart_n motion_n as_o physic_n teach_v we_o chap._n iu._n the_o character_n of_o laughter_n i_o know_v not_o why_o socrates_n heretofore_o say_v that_o man_n be_v a_o ridiculous_a creature_n but_o i_o know_v if_o any_o reason_n can_v make_v it_o credible_a we_o need_v go_v no_o further_o to_o seek_v it_o then_o in_o laughter_n itself_o since_o two_o passion_n as_o to_o the_o agitation_n since_o both_o in_o the_o one_o and_o the_o other_o the_o soul_n issue_v as_o it_o be_v out_o of_o itself_o and_o cast_v itself_o towards_o the_o object_n which_o move_v it_o they_o be_v only_o unlike_a in_o the_o end_n she_o therein_o propose_v herself_o since_o in_o desire_n she_o carry_v herself_o towards_o good_a that_o she_o may_v get_v near_o it_o that_o satisfaction_n which_o this_o subject_n require_v as_o also_o in_o the_o discourse_n of_o hope_n that_o which_o be_v necessary_a to_o make_v we_o understand_v how_o the_o spirit_n settle_v and_o dart_v forth_o themselves_o at_o the_o same_o time_n we_o be_v only_o to_o observe_v that_o when_o we_o say_v that_o the_o motion_n of_o desire_n and_o of_o boldness_n be_v alike_o it_o ought_v to_o be_v understand_v in_o this_o dart_v forth_o for_o its_o certain_a that_o the_o soul_n never_o stiffen_v itself_o in_o desire_n unless_o it_o be_v accompany_v with_o hope_n with_o boldness_n or_o be_v not_o in_o the_o passion_n of_o the_o concupiscible_a part_n as_o elsewhere_o have_v be_v already_o say_v now_o the_o first_o thing_n which_o follow_v this_o motion_n boldness_n whence_o the_o
