of_o blood_n be_v no_o remission_n how_o ever_o other_o thing_n be_v purge_v yet_o this_o be_v certain_a that_o under_o the_o law_n sin_n be_v not_o remit_v without_o shed_v of_o blood_n whence_o we_o may_v rational_o gather_v that_o the_o shed_n of_o blood_n must_v also_o intervene_v for_o the_o purge_n of_o our_o conscience_n or_o to_o expiate_v those_o sin_n that_o pollute_v our_o conscience_n that_o which_o the_o author_n here_o affirm_v be_v most_o certain_a universal_o and_o suffer_v no_o exception_n unless_o in_o case_n of_o extreme_a poverty_n when_o the_o person_n to_o be_v purge_v be_v so_o poor_a that_o for_o the_o purge_n of_o their_o sin_n they_o be_v not_o able_a to_o bring_v for_o their_o offering_n a_o pair_n of_o turtle_n or_o a_o pair_n of_o young_a pigeon_n whereof_o see_v levit._n 5.12_o otherwise_o the_o rule_n hold_v universal_o not_o only_o for_o a_o sin_n of_o the_o whole_a people_n but_o also_o for_o the_o sin_n of_o any_o single_a person_n whatsoever_o suffice_v but_o for_o the_o purge_n of_o heavenly_a holy_a thing_n which_o of_o all_o other_o be_v most_o excellent_a there_o need_v a_o most_o excellent_a sacrifice_n and_o none_o can_v be_v more_o excellent_a than_o christ_n and_o beside_o for_o the_o purge_n of_o any_o sanctuary_n there_o must_v needs_o be_v a_o sacrifice_n or_o at_o least_o some_o thing_n of_o the_o sacrifice_n must_v be_v bring_v into_o it_o but_o neither_o beast_n themselves_o nor_o their_o blood_n or_o body_n neither_o must_v nor_o can_v be_v bring_v into_o that_o heavenly_a sanctuary_n but_o christ_n himself_o and_o his_o body_n make_v immortal_a be_v bring_v in_o thither_o therefore_o for_o heavenly_a holy_a thing_n the_o blood_n of_o christ_n must_v be_v shed_v and_o not_o the_o blood_n of_o beast_n again_o the_o holy_a thing_n under_o the_o law_n be_v not_o only_o purge_v when_o they_o be_v first_o make_v and_o dedicate_v but_o also_o be_v yearly_a to_o be_v purge_v by_o the_o annual_a sacrifice_n for_o thing_n can_v be_v say_v to_o be_v purge_v see_v they_o never_o be_v pollute_v we_o answer_v that_o this_o be_v say_v of_o the_o heavenly_a sanctuary_n only_o by_o way_n of_o comparison_n as_o a_o thing_n very_o usual_a and_o the_o nature_n of_o comparison_n be_v to_o breed_v many_o abusion_n for_o if_o we_o respect_v the_o scope_n of_o the_o author_n it_o be_v enough_o for_o we_o to_o understand_v that_o the_o sacrifice_n to_o be_v offer_v in_o the_o heavenly_a sanctuary_n must_v be_v much_o more_o excellent_a than_o those_o which_o of_o old_a be_v wont_a to_o be_v offer_v in_o the_o earthly_a sanctuary_n for_o this_o both_o the_o nature_n of_o the_o heavenly_a sanctuary_n whole_o require_v and_o also_o the_o effect_n of_o the_o oblation_n suitable_a to_o heaven_n but_o if_o any_o man_n yet_o demand_v a_o more_o near_a resemblance_n it_o may_v be_v say_v that_o heavenly_a sanctuary_n be_v indeed_o purge_v by_o the_o sacrifice_n and_o offering_n of_o christ_n first_o in_o as_o much_o as_o it_o be_v so_o consecrate_v thereby_o that_o a_o access_n be_v make_v open_a for_o we_o unto_o it_o and_o as_o i_o may_v say_v it_o be_v dedicate_v for_o our_o use_n hereafter_o as_o the_o old_a tabernacle_n and_o many_o thing_n else_o be_v not_o open_a and_o free_a for_o man_n use_n before_o they_o be_v consecrate_v and_o they_o for_o their_o uncleanness_n as_o it_o be_v account_v but_o this_o for_o our_o uncleanness_n which_o must_v be_v purge_v away_o before_o a_o right_n and_o a_o use_n of_o that_o heavenly_a sanctuary_n can_v be_v grant_v we_o so_o that_o in_o this_o sense_n by_o a_o contrary_a way_n of_o speech_n and_o yet_o not_o unusual_a the_o author_n say_v that_o heaven_n must_v be_v purge_v for_o our_o
