seaman_n also_o the_o widow_n of_o such_o seaman_n who_o shall_v be_v slay_v kill_v or_o drown_v in_o the_o service_n and_o the_o child_n of_o such_o seafaring_a man_n so_o kill_v or_o drown_v and_o not_o of_o ability_n to_o maintain_v themselves_o comfortable_o shall_v be_v receive_v into_o the_o say_a hospital_n and_o there_o provide_v for_o and_o the_o say_a child_n shall_v be_v educate_v at_o the_o charge_n of_o the_o say_a hospital_n till_o they_o be_v fit_a to_o be_v put_v out_o or_o of_o ability_n to_o maintain_v themselves_o serve_v proviso_n that_o if_o register_v seaman_n do_v not_o serve_v provide_v always_o that_o if_o any_o register_v person_n during_o time_n of_o actual_a war_n withdraw_v or_o absent_v himself_o from_o his_o majesty_n service_n in_o his_o navy_n and_o shall_v not_o within_o 30_o day_n after_o due_a summons_n or_o warn_v from_o the_o commissioner_n of_o the_o admiralty_n commissioner_n of_o the_o navy_n officer_n of_o the_o registry_n or_o vice-admirals_n of_o the_o several_a county_n repair_v on_o board_n the_o ship_n to_o which_o he_o belong_v or_o shall_v be_v appoint_v not_o be_v detain_v by_o sickness_n or_o other_o bodily_a infirmity_n to_o be_v year_n trinity-house_n brotherhood_n of_o trinity-house_n from_o the_o 25_o of_o march_n 1696_o none_o shall_v be_v capable_a of_o be_v a_o brother_n of_o trinity-house_n but_o who_o have_v be_v his_o be_v register_v shall_v bring_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v bring_v a_o certificate_n of_o his_o place_n of_o abide_v under_o the_o hand_n of_o two_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o the_o county_n or_o place_n where_o he_o live_v and_o as_o often_o as_o any_o such_o seaman_n shall_v change_v his_o place_n of_o abide_v he_o shall_v bring_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v bring_v a_o new_a certificate_n thereof_o to_o the_o register_n under_o the_o penalty_n of_o lose_v the_o benefit_n of_o his_o be_v register_v as_o aforesaid_a service_n register_v person_n under_o 18_o and_o above_o 55_o exempt_v from_o service_n register_v person_n under_o 18_o or_o obove_o 55_o year_n of_o age_n shall_v be_v exempt_v from_o service_n upon_o summons_n as_o aforesaid_a unless_o they_o will_v voluntary_o enter_v themselves_o to_o serve_v s_o register_v person_n prefer_v to_o commission_n not_o to_o be_v entitle_v to_o 40_o s_o register_v person_n prefer_v to_o commission_n or_o warrant_n office_n not_o to_o be_v entitle_v to_o the_o 40_o s._n per_fw-la annum_fw-la or_o other_o benefit_n of_o this_o act_n or_o liable_a to_o any_o of_o the_o penalty_n or_o disability_n therein_o mention_v commissioner_n of_o the_o admiralty_n may_v discharge_v any_o seaman_n from_o the_o register_n register_v admiralty_n may_v discharge_v or_o expunge_v person_n register_v upon_o any_o cause_n for_o which_o it_o shall_v be_v desire_v and_o may_v for_o any_o offence_n dismiss_v and_o expunge_v any_o seaman_n from_o the_o register_n and_o thereby_o deprive_v they_o from_o the_o benefit_n thereof_o according_a to_o their_o discretion_n licence_n shall_v at_o any_o time_n be_v give_v by_o order_n of_o his_o majesty_n landman_n licence_n to_o landman_n or_o commissioner_n of_o the_o admiralty_n to_o any_o landman_n desirous_a to_o apply_v themselves_o to_o sea-service_n to_o serve_v in_o merchant_n ship_n 2_o year_n which_o shall_v protect_v they_o from_o be_v impress_v provide_v they_o bring_v to_o the_o register_n two_o credible_a person_n inhabitant_n or_o know_v in_o the_o place_n where_o they_o enter_v themselves_o who_o shall_v assert_v the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o say_a landman_n and_o their_o profession_n for_o two_o year_n past_a any_o person_n vouch_v one_o for_o a_o landman_n that_o be_v a_o seaman_n shall_v forfeit_v 20_o l._n landman_n person_n vouch_v seaman_n a_o landman_n and_o any_o seaman_n personate_n or_o take_v another_o name_n licence_n personate_n or_o take_v other_o name_n counterfeit_v licence_n and_o any_o seaman_n or_o other_o person_n whatsoever_o counterfeit_v a_o licence_n shall_v forfeit_v 20_o l._n and_o suffer_v such_o punishment_n as_o by_o law_n may_v be_v inflict_v and_o any_o seaman_n so_o offend_v shall_v be_v uncapable_a of_o the_o benefit_n of_o this_o act._n port_n seaman_n in_o cinque_fw-fr port_n seaman_n inhabit_v in_o the_o cinque-port_n to_o be_v register_v in_o such_o place_n and_o by_o such_o person_n as_o the_o lord_n warden_n shall_v appoint_v and_o to_o enjoy_v the_o same_o benefit_n and_o to_o be_v liable_a to_o the_o same_o penalty_n in_o case_n of_o absent_v from_o the_o service_n or_o disobey_v
