those_o case_n mention_v in_o the_o declaration_n of_o treason_n felony_n and_o breach_n of_o the_o peace_n so_o as_o to_o exempt_v the_o member_n of_o parliament_n from_o punishment_n nor_o from_o all_o manner_n of_o process_n and_o trial_n as_o it_o do_v in_o other_o case_n yet_o it_o do_v privilege_v they_o in_o the_o way_n and_o method_n of_o their_o trial_n and_o punishment_n and_o that_o the_o parliament_n shall_v have_v the_o cause_n first_o bring_v before_o they_o that_o they_o may_v judge_v of_o the_o fact_n and_o of_o the_o ground_n of_o the_o accusation_n and_o how_o far_o forth_o the_o manner_n of_o their_o trial_n may_v concern_v or_o not_o concern_v the_o privilege_n of_o parliament_n otherwise_o it_o will_v be_v in_o the_o power_n not_o only_o of_o his_o majesty_n
