purpose_n of_o this_o act_n which_o be_v in_o case_n of_o insurrection_n rebellion_n or_o invasion_n whereby_o occasion_n shall_v be_v to_o draw_v out_o the_o militia_n into_o actual_a service_n to_o employ_v these_o force_n for_o suppress_v all_o such_o insurrection_n and_o rebellion_n and_o repel_v of_o invasion_n as_o it_o be_v frequent_o repeat_v in_o this_o act._n nor_o second_o have_v they_o
