upon_o the_o coin_n all_o his_o intention_n yea_o his_o preparation_n will_v not_o serve_v to_o make_v up_o a_o charge_n of_o treason_n and_o this_o under_o favour_n may_v serve_v to_o answer_v the_o case_n of_o guido_n faux_n late_o object_v unless_o it_o be_v allege_v that_o the_o lord_n strafford_n have_v as_o real_a a_o intention_n against_o the_o king_n life_n as_o faux_n have_v for_o ecclesiastical_a or_o canon_n law_n in_o certain_a case_n civil_a law_n in_o some_o case_n not_o only_o in_o ecclesiastical_a court_n but_o in_o the_o court_n of_o constable_n and_o marshal_n and_o
